Lassie's Storm Deck for EDH

I was first introduced to the storm archetype by my friends ZDogg and Oaf. Since then I found there is a pro player who plays storm at events (Caleb Scherer), and I follow his list for Modern. I play the storm archetype in every format I play. I decided to put my knowledge of the archetype to the test and set myself the challenge of making a semi-competitive storm deck for EDH. I do not intend to get this deck to cEDH levels of power, but I do not want the deck to be scrub tier either. I am aiming for ~80-85% of cEDH Mizzix's power level.
