Welcome to the Manufactorium

There are many ways to build a deck around Breya, Etherium Shaper. The plan here is to find and re-use 1-mana artifacts, take advantage of untapping effects, draw tons of cards, generate lots of energy and make various tokens. In the end I hope to build a machine that grinds our opponents deck to dust, throws near-infinite crappy spellbombs at their face, or overruns them with a large army of manufactured goods.

Ever since Fifth Dawn I've had a soft spot for Salvaging Station. My deck aims to take full advantage this janky engine of a card, original spellbombs included. I've always enjoyed Commander because it gives me the opportunity to build around cards that would otherwise never see any glory on the tabletop. Is this deck competitive? No. Fun? Yes!

Some fun cards/synergies:

  1. Salvaging Station: My old favorite. I've included plenty of 1-mana self-sacrifice artifact utility cards that really makes this a powerful value engine.

  2. Proteus Staff: Great with Breya tokens and it can take out something scary if needed.

  3. Aether Revolt works well with Breya and is especially fun with Pyrite Spellbomb and Salvaging Station.

  4. Unwinding Clock, Unstoppable Plan and Clock of Omens quickly cause things to spiral out of control in a deck like this.

  5. Aetheric Amplifier: Enables turn-one ultimates for several planeswalkers, also great for energy production. It's even a manarock, what more could one ask for!

  6. I just had to include som artifact-themed planeswalkers for the flavor. Besides, they all contribute to the overall strategy in one way or another, and Breya needs some mid-level managers to maintain smooth operations.

I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on the deck overall, constructive criticism/positive commentary much welcome.

Thanks for looking!
