WIP. Suggestions are always welcome. Avoiding Quicksilver Elemental d/t too fast of a combo. The deck splashes off of opponent's cards in order to feel more balanced when played against.

Wincons: Combat damage, ping damage, combos as below

1. Narset's Reversal onto Isochron Scepter + Capture of Jingzhou = infinite turns

2. Dramatic Reversal onto Isochron Scepter + mana rocks that tap for at least 3 mana = infinite mana, infinite tap/untaps, if paired w/ Wand of Wonder or Strago and Relm then can play each opponent's library or Vivi Ornitier then can infinite ping for casting copied spells.

3. Haze of Rage + Storm-Kiln Artist + 4 mana + storm count 3 = infinite storm, infinite mana, infinite magecraft triggers
