Lindblum, Industrial Regency
Land — Town
This enters tapped.
: Add .
(You may play Lindblum, Industrial Regency from exile if you sent it on an adventure.)
Mage Siege
Instant — Adventure
Create a 0/1 black Wizard creature token with "Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this token deals 1 damage to each opponent." (Then send this card on an Adventure in exile. You may cast the creature from exile.)
(You may cast Mage Siege for from anywhere if you would have permission to cast it in that zone, then exile it on an adventure instead of putting it into your graveyard. When you have not chosen to cast Mage Siege and put it on the stack, this card is treated only as Lindblum, Industrial Regency in whatever zone it is in.)
(When not exiled on an adventure, Adventure cards function identically to modal double faced cards when regarding to the interactions of cards that look at them or attempt to cast them.)

with that commander, i'm actually shocked you don't have more Prowess and Magecraft creatures in it. Blistercoil Weird is a great pick here, more like that. less Thalakos Sentry and Dracoplasm, more Prismari Pledgemage and Bloodwater Entity.
also, the land base is way too slow with all those basics. Halimar Depths is a must-have for any blue EDH deck. Mistrise Village enables your strategy. Lindblum, Industrial Regency is just funny.
