Welcome to the fiddle-fold. This deck is for pure memes. If you love tutoring exactly what you need out of your deck EVERY TURN, then this deck is for you.

The main goal of this deck is to get out the commander (Oswald Fiddlebender), protect him until he is charged up and ready to fiddle, and then start fiddling to your heart's content while your opponents can do nothing but sit there and wait for you to decide what to get out of your deck.

Your first priority with this deck is to protect your commander. Without Ozzy, the deck does little more than just durdle around while others take over the game quickly. Your commander should NEVER be cast without protection. You need protection if you want to play with the fiddle. We have Ephemerate at instant speed to save Ozzy from unwanted disruption, otherwise equipment like Swiftfoot Boots or Mirror Shield can do the trick too. There are also other creatures in the deck that can protect your commander, such as Mother of Runes or Giver of Runes. Once you have protection online, get Ozzy onto the board and start the fiddle-engine.

Some of the main synergies in the deck include getting cards that allow you to untap Ozzy. Cards such as Magewright's Stone or Thousand-Year Elixir allow you to do just that. This allows you to tutor MULTIPLE times in a single turn. Once Ozzy has been protected, these should be top priorities for tutoring in the early game.

In the mid game, opt for more valuable targets such as Archaeomancer's Map or Solemn Simulacrum. These can provide value when they enter the battlefield, and make good fodder to feed your fiddler when his insatiable apatite for artifacts resurfaces.

Some artifacts aren't meant to remain on the field for long. Cards like Ethersworn Canonist and Nullstone Gargoyle are meant to act as restraints for your opponents, then just get sacrificed to your ever-hungry fiddler come your next untap step.

Once you have your fiddle-machine well oiled and ready to pump out as much value as it can, start digging towards Planar Bridge. This is the main engine of the deck. Once this card has made its way onto the battlefield, use it to start churning out massive bombs such as Kozilek, the Great Distortion, Blightsteel Colossus, Avacyn, Angel of Hope or Serra's Emissary.

Did your Planar Bridge get exiled? Well you're not out of the fight yet. Ozzy can still tutor value all the way up to Blightsteel Colossus. The deck features artifacts at every mana value all of the way up to 12, so as long as you still have some of those in the deck, you should be fine.

Keep in mind that Ozzy can sacrifice ANY ARTIFACT YOU CONTROL, so if you run out of non-land artifacts, you can still drop those artifact lands into your fiddler's pit of despair and snag yourself a valuable 1-drop like Sol Ring or Esper Sentinel. You can even use Liquimetal Torque to turn non-lands into artifacts and use them to start fiddling.

Good luck out there, fellow fiddler. May you fiddle your enemies to death!

Oh and one more thing, don't forget about Chaos Wand for the memes.

Suggestions for ways to increase fiddle-velocity are welcome.
