Toolbox deck with control elements. In 1v1, the deck fishes out key combo pieces and wins while keeping mana up for counterspells to counter disruption. In multi-player, the deck plays the simple role of disrupting the public enemy, using mindslaver, counterspells, and confiscating permanents. It also creates fun interactions between instant-speed artifact tutoring and other permanents, and is best piloted with a reactive playstyle.

NOTE: The sideboard is actually for cunning wish. Wish provides unparalleled utility.
