A fun, noncompetitive, political deck built around the Monarch mechanic and O-Kagachi's ability.

The gimmick is to give my opponents reason to attack me (or force them into it). Then beat them back with the deck's Voltron subtheme while making use of O-Kagachi's built-in removal. The Monarch mechanic is sure to create some great politics at the table.

Snipe someone out of left field with the likes of Hatred or Berserk. Or be that guy and utilize the Karmic Guide + Reveillark combo with Yosei, the Morning Star or Kokusho, the Evening Star . Vengeance is best served cold, after all.
