Turn less land sideways then is required to be turned sideways, Basically use Neera to cheat out big creatures that your opponents cant deal with, An attempt and making an optimized deck if money be no thing

Use Thousand Storms, Ral, Double vision, Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, or Swarm Intelligence to copy your spells so you can potentially sort the top of your deck out using otherworldy gaze, Index, Spy network, Curate, Consider or Brainstorm. Can also use scroll rack and Sensei's divining top to make sure the cards on the top of your deck are the ones you wish to cheat with Neera.

Then has a few control cards to use without Neera such as Counterspell, Cyclonic Rift, Pongify, Rapid hybridization and Snap to keep your enemies behind.

Keep your hand full with cheap card draw such as Archmage Emeritus, and Jori En. Alot of other cards such as Niv-Mizzet, Ancient silver Dragon and Jin-Gitaxias Core Augur will keep you drawing cards.

Great cards to hit the board for free include Both versions of Ulamog, Kozilek, Both Jin-Gitaxias, Hullbreaker horror, Blight steel Colossus and all three of the dragons.

Getting free casts of Aminatou's Augury and Insurrection are good situationally.

Wand of wonder, Wizards spellbook, Mind's Dilation, and Chaos Wand are good situationally and it can help if you are behind on land drops or have been wiped to still be potentially casting heavy hitters to get you back into the game
