I bought my friend's, who goes by "Daygone", Vorel of the Hull Conclave deck and the Faceless Menace precon deck, broke them down, and used some of those cards.

I thought Otrimi, the Ever-Playful was cute and was originally going to build a different deck around him, but then I thought about it and he'll be perfect as a secondary Commander for this deck. Maybe when I get more funds, I'll build him his own deck but for now I'll hybridize this deck with the Enhanced Evolution pre-constructed deck.
