I've removed the category "Full-Auto." It makes more sense to just make 3 permanents to sacrifice rather than draw an extra card with 1. Replacing the + costing cards from this category and replacing them with Beetleback Chief, etc. makes the deck slightly better and pumping out tokens. I've also added in Bonder's Ornament and Destructive Digger for more card draw.

No, Opposition isn't really group hug. XD those are just the finishers. Gotta win sometimes. If you want a slower, real group hug deck, I'd suggest using cards like Humble Defector, Pendant of Prosperity, and Bucknard's Everfull Purse. Makes for some fun politics. Or just tell everyone to run Bonder's Ornament. Or just run a Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis deck XD

You'll probably want closer to 38 lands, so that should get you pretty close to 100 cards by itself. Past that, Introduction to Annihilation, Transmogrifying Wand, Bonder's Ornament, Introduction to Prophecy, Investigator's Journal, Mind Stone, Brittle Effigy, and Ebony Fly are all great options as well. Good luck!

I think I'd cut Bonder's Ornament, Shared Summons, Commander's Sphere, and Sands of Delirium to throw in some land ramp, like Rampant Growth, Nature's Lore, and other spells like that. I run Bruna and Gisela in my deck, and it isn't hard to make that happen. Mwonvuli Beast Tracker seems clunky, and you'd rather have the card in your graveyard than on top of your library. Oriq Loremage would be much better. Deadbridge Chant never seems to work worth a damn, and I replace it in every deck I've ever run it.
Here's a little piece of tech that I recently added: Wasteland Viper. It can get itself into the graveyard, and it's a fun combat trick to use on some opponents that are attacking each other.

Afraid to say that Bonder's Ornament’s soon to be banned - I know it’s not quite a replacement, but I really like Witching Well. Great for early turns, perfectly fine for later, and it has an ETB effect for Cascade!

I was eyeing this guy too. I have been brainstorming. Contemplating a build around him as well. Some cards that came to mind were these. Also, these are my opinions. There's nothing wrong with your deck if you enjoy it like it is. My comments are just my 2 cents. The reason I havn't really started to put this together yet is because I'm not too much of a fan of EDH decks that 100% rely on the commander being in play to net more than 50% benefit. I think this guy might be that guy that looks better that he plays out, but we'll see. The only card that can really protect this guy 90% of the time is Whispersilk Cloak. And that Cloak is 1% of your deck. Your opponent is going to put soo much pressure on your commander if they can. Which sometimes can be a good thing if you can make the creatures in the deck count as much as the commander or more in the long run.
These first two I think should be auto includes because of Monarch. They also toughness is equal or better than power, so they fit.
These others are just good ideas to ponder IMO:
Silumgar Scavenger, He just gets better when/if your crits die.
Mortuary Mire, recursion that is technically free.
Bojuka Bog, Another black auto include. People play A LOT out of their graveyards.
Bonder's Ornament, this has become my favorite pauper card draw rock. Even if others end up playing it, it will add speed to both decks. Makes for more spells being played per turn for both players, or will just net you advantage if they don't play it. Creates more interaction. Pauper decks can tend to be slow from beginning to end without a card draw engine.
Removal spells. I'd try to fit a few in. You are relying too much on Pestilence. I think i would actually consider running a Crypt Rats along with the Pestilence. You can get the rats back with TORTEX. It can get mean. Keep recycling the rats when you need to.
Ash Barrens, deck thinning.
Lightning-Core Excavator, This guy is soo good with TORTEX. It's a repeatable bolt effect and in this deck technically he's a 3/3 for .
Aquastrand Spider, could be pretty fun in this deck. He can come back with TORTEX and make more graft counters to move around. Gives himself and other creatures reach if need be. He holds equipment well. So you can move both 1/1 counters without him dying. Whilst making other crits bigger. You don't have much for flying in here.
Ulamog's Crusher, to be honest I'd run him. The value is there. He doesn't need to be a 1/8 and cost 5 to play to be good for this deck. He's just pressure mid to late game and comes back with TORTEX. You run some ramp. So he shouldn't be overlooked.
Dimir House Guard, 10% of your deck are 4 costed spells. So he's a repeatable tutor for those other 10% of spells. It goes and gets Pestilence. for a 2/3 with fear and tutor isn't terrible at all.
For now this is all I have time for. We'll chit chat here and there when you reply. Maybe we can work out a good build together and I'll start building this in paper and add it to my stack of PEDH decks. =]
Have a good one!!

Thanks for the reply. I'm confused though. There is quite a bit of card draw and tutoring in the deck. Granted, this is an older build that hasn't underwent any changes since Commander Legends. This was a contest deck built solely for that purpose with what I believed to be at the time the best cards for this deck in specific.
When you note, "I don't see a lot of draw in this". I'm wondering if you really looked the deck over. I noted in early playtesting that it was lacking draw so I added as much as I could without concentrating solely on drawing cards. Examples below.
So I mean, There's plenty of draw and pseudo "draw" with transmute and tutor effects. There have been some other cards printed since that should probably be reviewed but I didn't intend on this being a deck I would really spend a lot of my time on. It was built primarily to showcase partner commanders. Especially those being newly released.
I'd be more than happy to hear out any changes that you think should be made. As far as I can tell the best pauper draw spells that are in this deck's color pie are already included in the deck. (Providing they were available for use when CMDR Legends was released).

Geralf: As implied by the flavor text, a cheecky reference to Ghoulcaller Gisa, though note that it checks for toughness, not power.
Dormant Grove/Gnarled Grovestrider: Made for Thantis, the Warweaver, as Thantis appreciates having her team still being able to block after being forced to attack. Flips on the turn they meet too.
Investigator's Journal: ye newe cheap and steady card draw artifact. Obviously, mainly reliable in go-wide decks. Not bad, but I think it's overal inferior to the similar Idol of Oblivion, Tome of Legends, Eye of Vecna, and Bonder's Ornament. Even with that said, there'll be deck configurations where this is more reliable than the mentioned options.
Biolume Egg: that's sacrifice, not just when dies, which is a neat puzzle. The Geralf combo is obvious enough, as is the exploit one.
