Great deck! Have you thought about
Avenger of Zendikar for lots of large plant tokens, Awakening of Vitu-Ghazi as an 18/18 surprise land creature, Beastmaster Ascension, Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip since you're working with combat damage mostly anyway, Champion of Lambholt a hidden gem because when big enough it makes all your creatures unblockable, Curse of Predation a good politics card, Hardened Scales, Helix Pinnacle as an alternate win con, Myojin of Life's Web for divinity counter shenanigans, Quest for Renewal for pseudo-vigilance
Regardless of if you take my suggestions, +1 from me!

Commanders by Power Level [EDH Tier List]

question... as far as Food Chain decks go, is The First Sliver way more powerful than Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip? Or are they pretty parallel because the mana base is a little easier with the Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip style deck. trying to decide which one to focus on. I have FC Prossh. I did FC Niv. Now trying to decide which version of FC is best.

Partner commanders are powerful, and often free your deck's ability to do more than a single commander deck. Companions give decks restrictions on what cards they can run. By running both it limits your deck even more, since most partner pairings don't work with the companion requirements.
Yorion, Sky Nomad and Lutri, the Spellchaser straight up can't be run as companions, and Jegantha, the Wellspring won't work since it requires five colors, and no partner pairing currently allows for it. No partner pairing also allows for Lurrus of the Dream-Den. Gyruda, Doom of Depths also can't be run, since no partners are both even cmc and have black in their color identity. Kaheera, the Orphanguard also can't work, since the types aren't found on partners that can be run together.
That leaves only 4 total companions theoretically able to be run. Obosh, the Preypiercer, Zirda, the Dawnwaker, Keruga, the Macrosage, and Umori, the Collector.
Now, what lists are now able to be run?
Wow, that only took a half hour longer to write up than expected.
Which of these would you want to make, if any, and how would you make them?

I know Cazur, Ruthless Stalker isn't a mutate target, but if you think of it as a tutor for Ukkima, Stalking Shadow
Flip it might earn a spot. He works well with all the unblockable cards and makes Cold-Eyed Selkie into a great engine. Also, once he is on the field those mana dorks can get you some extra damage.

zacharyrtz I always keep that combo in my sideboard no matter what deck I play. Seems like the only deck building option at this point.
I just wanted to let you know that I went through some extensive testing with your list and the results are quite shocking:
Game 1: Turn 19 Cazur, Ruthless Stalker
Game 2: Turn 17 Ukkima, Stalking Shadow
Flip
Game 3: Turn 1 Orcish Librarian
Game 4: Turn 1 Food Chain
Game 5: Turn 6 Cazur, Ruthless Stalker
Game 6: Turn 5 Orcish Librarian
Game 7: Turn 1 Ukkima, Stalking Shadow
Flip
Game 8: Turn 42 Orcish Librarian
Game 9: Turn 1 Orcish Librarian
Game 10: Turn 2 Orcish Librarian
Clearly the deck works exactly how you want it to, curves out effortlessly and has the high-powered consistency to hold its own with any other deck in the meta. Congratulations on a flawlessly crafted deck, I will be letting WizardsOfTheCoast know shortly.

Commanders by Power Level [EDH Tier List]

Some notes:
Prossh, Skyraider of Kher has dropped far. Either that, or the commander powercreep of the past 2-3 sets caught up to him and now there are simply a dozen new options on the same level. Maybe both.
Why are Cazur, Ruthless Stalker and Ukkima, Stalking Shadow
Flip tier 1.5? Why are Haldan, Avid Arcanist
and Pako, Arcane Retriever
tier 2?
How much of all this is caused by Thassa's Oracle?

Okay but Pir, Imaginative Rascal and Toothy, Imaginary Friend // Gavi, Nest Warden and 2/2 Dinosaur Cat // Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter and Mowu, Loyal Companion // Trynn, Champion of Freedom and Silvar, Devourer of the Free // Brallin, Skyshark Rider Flip and Shabraz, the Skyshark // Nikara, Lair Scavenger and Yannik, Scavenging Sentinel // Cazur, Ruthless Stalker and Ukkima, Stalking Shadow Flip // All of the Companions from Ikoria // Gideon Blackblade and Trusted Pegasus // Konda, Lord of Eiganjo and Isamaru, Hound of Konda // Mother of Runes and Wall of Runes // Okay that last one was a joke but there are SO many good bois with good masters in the world of Magic. I need a thesis on what makes Haldan and Pako the best.

I love the discourse on this! Kindred Discovery looks amazing in this.
I'd encourage you to look hard at the new cards in Commander 2020 for some extra oomph. Species Specialist allows you to draw cards off of Hydras kicking the bucket (could be a nice card draw engine from Greater Good), Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip pumps your Hydras up for each successful combat hit to a player (also boosting Simic Ascendancy).
Also, Biomass Mutation just looks rude for this.
