Cazur, Ruthless Stalker
Legendary Creature — Human Warrior
Partner with Ukkima, Stalking Shadow Flip (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Ukkima into their hand from their library, then shuffle.)

On that note, you have Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip marked as a double sided card along with its' partner Ukkima, Stalking Shadow Flip.

I have a very similar deck with Reyhan, Last of the Abzan and Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker as commanders. I was looking into having Atraxa as a commander instead, but Atraxa is infamous for being a very strong creature that amasses tons of scary, unpredictable value - it is a poison deck? Is it a +1/+1 counters deck? Is it a superfriends deck? Most often, you will find that the other players have Rule 0-ed you as the archenemy before the game begins.
There are two things you can do about this. You can either rise up to the challenge, or you can change commander.
If you want to take on the challenge of constant Archenemy because you want to keep Atraxa, then you have multiple cards that are too weak. Some of which are Arcus Acolyte, the three Myojins, Pollenbright Druid, Murder, Magistrate's Scepter, Chromatic Lantern, Vivisurgeon's Insight, and Expand the Sphere for starters. There are probably 10-20 more I would consider cutting, since these are too casual for the level of play you're signaling with Atraxa. Instead, run low-mana spells like Nature's Lore, Night's Whisper, Fierce Guardianship, Heroic Intervention, Flawless Maneuver, Deadly Rollick, Mystic Remora, Cyclonic Rift, Negate, Swan Song, the WUBG shock lands with their fetches, the list goes on... This won't make your deck cEDH, this will make it more reliable, reactive, and consistent in answering most of your opponents stuff.
If you want to change commanders, you can go for Falco Spara, Pactweaver for value, Anafenza, the Foremost for aggressive, Ghave, Guru of Spores for combo, or the partner pairings of Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip + Ukkima, Stalking Shadow, or Nikara, Lair Scavenger + Yannik, Scavenging Sentinel. All of these will force you to abandon a fourth color, but restriction breeds creativity...?
Side note 1: You can still run Atraxa in the 99, that is a more commonly accepted usage.
Side note 2: You have two Ivy Lane Denizen.
Vallaris on Lich's Mastery Bat Tribal!

seshiro_of_the_orochi a few years ago I'd made a Lich deck on Arena, around the time Core 2020 was released, though I forget it if was for Standard or Brawl. If I still have the deck list I'll post it, but I remember it included every card that had Lich in the name that was available. Yarok, the Desecrated was one of the more important cards I think (would have been the commander if it was Brawl), don't have him in paper though.
And lol wow, looks like Horizon Chimera would go infinite with Lich! That looks fun. If I were to build a Sultai deck, it would likely be around Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip and Ukkima, Stalking Shadow partially because I already have them and have been itching to build something janky around them, partially because my partner already has a Muldrotha deck. He used to (might still have) a Saproling Lich deck centered around Slimefoot, the Stowaway that was rather beastly lol, I almost dread to think of that being combined with Muldrotha haha.
I like the idea of having Laboratory Maniac in a Lich deck as well. Your suggestions are great!

Really like your deck. I am also aiming to build an unblockable tribal deck but going to partner Ukkima, Stalking Shadow and Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip at the helm so I can add green for the ramp. You could look at adding in Phyresis and Grafted Exoskeleton to boost the infect which will make the unblockable hits that much more painful. Ukkima would be a natural addition to the deck too and I would also consider adding Etrata, the Silencer and the new land Access Tunnel to help the wee guys who can be blocked get through

Great deck! Have you thought about
Avenger of Zendikar for lots of large plant tokens, Awakening of Vitu-Ghazi as an 18/18 surprise land creature, Beastmaster Ascension, Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip since you're working with combat damage mostly anyway, Champion of Lambholt a hidden gem because when big enough it makes all your creatures unblockable, Curse of Predation a good politics card, Hardened Scales, Helix Pinnacle as an alternate win con, Myojin of Life's Web for divinity counter shenanigans, Quest for Renewal for pseudo-vigilance
Regardless of if you take my suggestions, +1 from me!

question... as far as Food Chain decks go, is The First Sliver way more powerful than Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip? Or are they pretty parallel because the mana base is a little easier with the Cazur, Ruthless Stalker Flip style deck. trying to decide which one to focus on. I have FC Prossh. I did FC Niv. Now trying to decide which version of FC is best.

Partner commanders are powerful, and often free your deck's ability to do more than a single commander deck. Companions give decks restrictions on what cards they can run. By running both it limits your deck even more, since most partner pairings don't work with the companion requirements.
Yorion, Sky Nomad and Lutri, the Spellchaser straight up can't be run as companions, and Jegantha, the Wellspring won't work since it requires five colors, and no partner pairing currently allows for it. No partner pairing also allows for Lurrus of the Dream-Den. Gyruda, Doom of Depths also can't be run, since no partners are both even cmc and have black in their color identity. Kaheera, the Orphanguard also can't work, since the types aren't found on partners that can be run together.
That leaves only 4 total companions theoretically able to be run. Obosh, the Preypiercer, Zirda, the Dawnwaker, Keruga, the Macrosage, and Umori, the Collector.
Now, what lists are now able to be run?
Wow, that only took a half hour longer to write up than expected.
Which of these would you want to make, if any, and how would you make them?

I know Cazur, Ruthless Stalker isn't a mutate target, but if you think of it as a tutor for Ukkima, Stalking Shadow Flip it might earn a spot. He works well with all the unblockable cards and makes Cold-Eyed Selkie into a great engine. Also, once he is on the field those mana dorks can get you some extra damage.
