Our esteemed Commander for this deck is Breya.

I initially built this deck to test myself and see if I could build a functional 4 color commander deck. This is my third homebrewed commander deck. The rules were simple: Only build with cards I already owned, and build it to do things my friends wouldn't expect. After a couple of games (and successfully pulling off Decree of Silence + Solemnity , leading my friends to calling it, "Jank: The Deck"), I found that I started to really enjoy piloting the deck, and after about 20 games decided to seriously fine tune her.

Combos of the deck:

1. Decree of Silence + Solemnity = hard-lock prison

2. Solemnity + ( Altar of Dementia or Phyrexian Altar ) + ( Murderous Redcap, or River Kelpie ) = infinite sac triggers mill, damage, and/or draw

Edit: This is now v4.0 of the deck. I have fine tuned the deck dramatically, including finally picking good lands. They've also printed great new cards that just demanded to be added into the deck.
