Point 1: Less Instants and Sorceries

A Muldrotha deck is going to skew towards casting permanent spells from the graveyard, so there aren't going to be a lot of instants and sorceries compared to other decks. Recurring non-permanents can still happen, but the cost is high enough that the spell better be game changing. If an effect can be created by a permanent, it's not going to be on an instant or sorcery.

Point 2: Sac and Discard Lands

Being able to play lands from the graveyard means that lands with sac abilities get way better. I'm also considering putting cycling and channel lands in as well. World Shaper has proven to be unexpectedly hilarious in playtest. As a side note, I put the Bazaar of Baghdad in because I actually managed to get my hands on a physical copy. Cue evil laughter.

Point 3: Recursion and Recurring Recursion

Muldrotha may be the biggest source of recursion, but it's not the only way to bring things back in this deck. There are enchantments like Animate Dead that bring back creatures, as well as creatures like Eternal Witness that bring back anything. That's a lot of combo potential when combined with free sac outlets like Phyrexian Altar. You can even recur Muldrotha to reuse it's recursion more that once per turn with cards like Kaya's Ghostform.

Point 4: Self Mill

The deck only functions with options, and the options only appear when the graveyard is full. There are several popular milling effects in this deck that specifically target players rather than opponents. There are also a few dredge and wheel effects in the deck as well. Which mill options were chosen are based on maximizing my mill to mana cost ratio.

Point 5: A 0 Cost Combo Rock

Most Muldrotha decks use Lotus Petal to go infinite with Kaya's Ghostform, but that seems limited in scope. I have found that Lion's Eye Diamond is much more potent and therefore useable in this deck, especially with LED's downsides being meaningless with this general. The number of combo variants that can recur infinitely with the three mana provided by LED compared to the one from Lotus Petal are far more plentiful.
