This deck is constantly evolving (it has its own binder as well!)

Basic plan is to control the board and stall until you can get a ton of mana with either cabal coffers/urborg or just playing lands. Eventually you find one of the wincons and get there, but it is pretty slow. The ghost quarter is in place of wasteland until I can pick up a foil.

Current wincons:

Discard outlet + dakmor salvage + gitrog = infinite draw / infinite mana with dark/cabal ritual or scourge familiar
