This deck is focused primarily on graveyard recursion of knights utilizing Haakon, Stromgald Scourge and other graveyard recursion with Knights' Charge, Tortured Existence, Patriarch's Bidding, Cavalier of Night, Evolution Charm, etc. Haakon is the primary method of recursion, provided that he doesn't get exiled, but there are other ways as well.

• Cards like Kinsbaile Cavalier, Khorvath Brightflame, Benalish Marshal, Valiant Knight, Inspiring Veteran, and Knight Exemplar are designed to pump the knights while they are on the field. This coupled with the graveyard recursion makes effects like Knight Exemplar's incredibly sticky and helps with overall field control.
• There is also a decent amount of card draw from creatures dying or from casting creatures to the battlefield from Midnight Reaper, Liliana's Standard Bearer, Skullclamp, and Vanquisher's Banner as well as digging down to look for useful cards from the library with others like Acclaimed Contender, and potential repeated draw power with Sky Hussar. I mainly plan to utilize Lilian's Standard Bearer in post board wipe scenarios in order to maximize its effectiveness.
• There are a few punishment cards for creatures dying, namely Corpse Knight and Syr Konrad, the Grim, so this isn't exactly a win con, but it helps to have a little bit of pain attached when I get a chance to put these cards on the field.
