Dark Prophecy ---> Midnight Reaper (+0): When a zombie can do appreciably the same thing as a non-zombie in this deck, then I have to make a swap despite really really enjoying the art on DP.
Korlash, Heir to Blackblade ---> Doom Whisperer (+1): Again, hate losing the great art of the promo Korlash, but this card never totally justified itself in the deck; meanwhile DW is a legitimate win condition table setter. Sadly, not a zombie.
Overall: +0 zombies, +1 CMC, eh

Took out: Underworld Connections because it drew to slow. Ponder didn't do much. The Immortal Sun never made an impact.Put in: Library of Leng so if I discard a wheel I can draw it back. Fellwar Stone because more mana rocks. Insidious Will to copy wheel, redirect, or counter.

The two remaining Grow from the Ashes weren't doing a whole lot anymore, and drawing them late is terrible when I need threats or removal. Replaced them with Golgari Locket to still have the early-game ramp, but with more late-game fuel.
Assassin's Trophy is a removal spell I never want to see in my opening hand due to the tempo boost it can give my opponent in those crucial first few turns. Dropped one for Vraska, Golgari Queen. She provides card draw and removal in addition to an alternative win-con.
I now possess a full set of both Overgrown Tomb
and Woodland Cemetery and can finally start dipping into more utility lands. Cut the Evolving Wilds for two Memorial to Folly to give the deck more ways to recur threats.

Removed: -1 Abzan Falconer -1 Mikeaus, the Lunarch -1 Consul's Lieutenant Added: +3 Mirror Entity Reason: This deck was sorely needing a mana sink for the late game. I did some research and testing and found Mirror Entity to be a perfect fit. While it may not fit with the +1/+1 counter theme it would have been a crime to pass it up.

Alright, so the precon deck looks fun, but it's really not my thing. It runs a really heavy wheel theme (which actually isn't all that bad) but Yidris is not the commander meant to handle that. I'll be leaving the wheels to Nekusar and Niv Mizzet. However, wheels can actually provide a decent source of card draw in a storm deck. They also allow cascade to really shine when you have a fresh hand of options. So for the first round, we're just going to cut cards that wheel and cascade, and start getting some storm cards in there. Still working on finishing the primer for this deck. I'm putting a lot of love into the description so hopefully that will pay off. I subbed out a lot of my stax pieces for more elves, discard and aggro pieces. My stax package was too unreliable so I narrowed it down to the fundamental pieces. My goal is to find a balance between aggro, discard, stax and combo. Most Nath lists go too heavy one way or another and I think that hurts Nath's overall potential. I like having multiple gameplans so I can adapt to whatever my opponents throw at me. Now it's time for some more playtesting to see how these changes worked out!
