Trying to build a Meren of Clan Nel Toth deck that tries to outlast and out value the opponents on a pseudo budget...

Infinite Combos

As of right now, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion is the only infinite combo. Take all the counters of Triskelion, hit it twice with its ability (Because Mikaeus gives it +1/+1), and it comes back cause of Mikaeus, the Unhallowed giving all my stuff undying. Repeat.

Also, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Puppeteer Clique /Woodfall Primus + a sac outlet reanimates all the opponents stuff or blows up all their non-creature permanents respectively.

Finally, the deck runs Necrotic Ooze + Phyrexian Devourer + Triskelion /Walking Ballista. This combo is the most competitive way to win and by far the strongest combo is the deck.
