Welcome to the Junkyard what can I fix up for ya, Platinum Emperion.. no what about Wurmcoil Engine still no hmm Worldgorger Combo... wait how'd that get in here!? Rakdos Junkyard is an artifact Reanimator Deck just ready to be scrounged through as more support gets printed for it. Taking inspiration from Alex Steacy list from Friday Night Paper Fight on the LoadingReadyRun Twitch Channel this variation is not quite pure Rakdos spalshing into blue for master transmuter as a recursable creature, quick silver amulet effect and artifact for goblin welder and Daretti. While playing this variation of Reanimator feels as though it has a lot of potential. Unlike its blue black variant I couldnt help but feel as though cards kept getting stranded in hand hence the transmuter, as well as extra ways to pitch cards like key to the city, WoF, ill gotten gains and Molten Tail Masticore. In addition this variation feels like a more grindy midrange version or Reanimator oppose to its traditional variant which feels more like a combo/prison deck. This is perfectly fine against slower decks however against blistering fast aggro decks or a meta with touch more artficat removal can feel slightly underwhelming or a bit finger crossy(tense). So to combat such a feeling I saw the perfect oppourtunity to slip in Worldgorger combo as a emergency I win button for such decks also as a nice surprise for opponents expecting a Wurmcoil Engine, Gearhulks or some other mechanical monstrosity.
