The second is a triggered ability that functions while the spell with conspire is on the stack. Conspire means As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may tap two untapped creatures you control that each share a color with it and When you cast this spell, if its conspire cost was paid, copy it. If the spell has any targets, you may choose new targets for the copy. Paying a spells conspire cost follows the rules for paying additional costs in rules 601.2b and 601.2fh.

Noxious revival is copied.

Resolve original noxious, put manamorphose on top.

Resolve copied manamorphose, getting 2 mana, and drawing the original manamorphose. Mana count is 3.

Resolve copied noxious reviaval, put original noxious on top.

Repeat, getting infinite colored mana and spell counts. From there, you can win with aetherflux reservoir,guttersnipe,walking ballista or even grapeshot.

World at War: 3 combats for this turn, and for my next turn too.

As I cast WAW,I wil conspire it, hence getting two of them. The copy doesnt have rebound, the original does. I will resolve both of them, getting two more combats for this turn, making a total of three attacks on this turn. The original will be placed in exile as it resolves.On my next turn i will cast WaW again from exile on my upkeep, and i can conspire it AGAIN, giving me a total of 3 combat steps again. The difference is that it no longer has rebound, cos i didnt cast it from my hand.

Possibility Storm

Though slightly high costed, this card's power level is absurd in this deck. As you cast an instant/sorcery, you can conspire it, getting a copy. Possibility Storm will then exile the original, and you will find the next instant/sorcery, then cast it without paying. Which also can be conspired. In other words, 1 spell can turn into 3 spells.
