This is a Primal Surge deck - all cards other than the Surge are permanents and resolving a Surge should win the game, e.g. by using Reclamation Sage to destroy Solemn Simulacrum, drawing a card from the now-empty library and winning with Laboratory Maniac ... or just winning by attacking with ALL THE CREATURES, hasty due to Akroma's Memorial and massive due to Craterhoof Behemoth.

Outside of the Surge, the deck uses its commanders to play the value game, trying to draw a lot of cards, especially with Tymna the Weaver, and then using that card draw for mana with Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix to power out some big threats.
