Possible T2 General; Definite fun. I've been designing this deck to get the most bang for your cast and if I have stolen or offended anybodies ideas just inform me, I always brew lists and am finally getting around to uploading them. I have always loved Primal Surge (unfortunately I was on hiatus shortly after Innistrad launch and missed the hype) and figured Karametra, God of Harvests would thin the deck out enough to draw into it consistently. Primal Surge grabs everything and Akroma's Memorial ensures your creatures swing afterwards, this list will not work right without memorial, the haste it generates is key to winning with a primal surge. Knight of the Reliquary grabs your Boseiju, Who Shelters All to cast primal surge safely, you can always choose when to stop throwing things on the field with surge as well (typically after a few creatures and memorial). If you're feeling exceptionally nasty you could continue into Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Kamahl, Fist of Krosa with some lands to blow up enemy lands; or hell, play it all and watch the triggers buff with Kamahl and swing.

The good thing about this gimmick is that the deck is totally playable without surge going off, this list is still playtesting, bear with the clunky primer it's in progess. Open to suggestions, PERMANENTS ONLY FAM.

Creatures and Purpose

If you're going to fully commit to your Primal Surge then you're gonna need to understand why some of these fellas were included and how to utilize them.

Knight of the Reliquary Show

She is fantastic even pre general cast, use her to fix your mana and for the win grab a Boseiju, Who Shelters All to safely cast Primal Surge

Dauntless Escort Show

This guy is here for a full surge, just in case things get mucked up you can sac him for safety, would love to hear replacement choices if possible.

Academy Rector Show

He is a fun one, he grabs necessary enchants for your situation, or enchant him with Pattern of Rebirth for super extreme value.

Panglacial Wurm Show

Need I say more? you search almost every turn!

Genesis Hydra Show

Due to the 1 non permanent nature of the deck, I chose to use him to nab a clutch play in games surge seems buried in the abyss

Wall of Omens Show

3 for 1 with Karametra out, multiple tests indicate that I should at least run one of the etb card draw creatures at all times, but that is just my opinion.

Woodland Bellower Show

This guy is another late game fart, can grab lots, best choices usally tend to be, e wit, Fauna Shaman, Heartwood Storyteller, Voice of Resurgence and Qasali Pridemage

Fauna Shaman Show

strictly better than Survival of the Fittest in this build. she comes in, nets a land, and then toolboxes for days. She is key ingames where you are unable to dig for your gimmick.

Enchantment Stuffs

Defense of the Heart Show

This will grab your coolkid combo. Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Kamahl, Fist of Krosa, or depending on your situation something equally as fun.

Exploration Show

This is one card you want in your opening hand. If you were to have it, Burgeoning, Sol Ring, and 4 lands you are set up for turn 2 general cast pending an enemy land drop.

Aura Shards Show

This is one of the key cards to help our lack of spells, we are almost always going to be casting creatures, ESPECIALLY with a good primal surge play.

How Does it Work? Show

Playing Out the Surge

"i have 10 mana, now what?" Well Timmy, we win.

If you have safely resolved a Primal Surge there are multiple ways it can play out, but I will run down 1 scenario for general purposes.One of the most fun ways it could play out starts with an Aura Shards .

Next anEternal Witness drops, you can blow up something cause of Aura Shards then get your Primal Surge back. (in case a pesky Time Stop blindsides you.)

Now we get a True Believer, Rampaging Baloths , Emeria, The Sky Ruin and Mother of Runes. We are now shrouded with a 4/4 landfall beast and an untappable mom, boo.

Keep Digging! A few lands generate some more beasts your Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite + Kamahl, Fist of Krosa come in and we are almost there.

Not quite a winning position yet, so we continue putting things into play (yes putting, primal surge is the only cast involved here), and stumble into an Akroma's Memorial, Dauntless Escort, Worldspine Wurm, and True Conviction, bingo. (remember to blow up enchants and artys each creature you put in.)

Now you have some options, depending on mana situation you can utilize kamahl and norn to kill off untapped lands, and you have a mom and rhino for safety. Now you just alpha strike for a huge number.

You could always play the rest of the deck to kill off all the lands and swing bigger, but I am sure by now you get the point. There are tons of different interactions and things to watch for so be mindful when pilotting this list and approach tables with maniacal laughter.
