itachi45, a previous version of this deck ran those cards actually. What I found was that Mayael's Aria and Mighty Emergence became a "win more" condition rather than helping the consistency. Where Ancients Tread I had taken out because I felt it was too mana expensive. But I haven't tried it with Enlisted Wurm , which could cheat it out. Thanks for the suggestions!

This is the first Wurm deck i've ever encountered...and I must say...interesting. One pet peeve of mine however are deck pages with little to no deck description. How do you expect me to understand what you are going for here without having to study and guess at every card interaction in your deck? Ya killin' me here. Besides, you'll get a more positive reception for your deck if you add a nice detailed description. Here are some links to resources that can help you get started:

Alright, i'm just going to come out and say my main suggestion - I think you should consider switching to a commander that gives you access to . Why? Because gives you access to powerful removal options - something that is a big weakness for your deck. By the way, why aren't you running Beast Within ? I digress - you have little direct removal options. Some commanders you could consider are Trostani, Selesnya's Voice or Selvala, Explorer Returned . Trostani is kind of self explanatory but Selvala can give you gross amounts of ramp earlier in the game than what your deck currently has available. Additionally there are that are worth consideration, such as Novablast Wurm or Enlisted Wurm . To summarize - mono-green wurms are severely limiting your versatility on the battlefield.
But if you intend on sticking with monogreen, here are some options that I think would be worthwhile for you to consider:
- The previously mentioned Beast Within
- Worldly Tutor
- The popular mono-green card draw engine of Sylvan Library + Abundance (I don't see much in the way of card draw, and I think you really need these)
Oh, and +1 for your deck. Wurms are cool man. Chitinous approval ensues

Sorry for not commenting before, I was focusing on the person who didn't get a comment at all and omitted to put a comment on here as well. So, I think you're missing out on two top-notch wurmbos, and those are Grothama, All-Devouring and Enlisted Wurm . Grothama is a bit funky, and kinda clunky, but it's kinda surprisingly good when you are sure what you're planning on using it for. Enlisted Wurm is already in the maybeboard, but I can't reccommend it enough for your gameplan. Hypergenesis is a bit crazy, but the payoff might be big enough to justify the advantage it gives everyone else. I don't have too much else to add.

Draft of 4 players, 3 packs each of 15 cards per player.
Played on the CubeTutor 720 Peasant pack.
I guess I could make great stuff with the black sideboard too, but what mainly got my attention were the 5 mana bomb Bituminous Blast and the 4 mana removal Wrecking Ball which both only need 1 swamp and are late enough to give me the time to get one of those 2 swamps I added.
White/Green cards (especially Enlisted Wurm which could be considered a 1st pick 1st pack) in the sideboard are counterdrafted or just end of rounds scrap.

I would consider adding more creatures maybe bring the creature count to somewhere between 30-35 i know they are all big beefies with high cast costs. But I feel like with the ramp you have it cant hurt. plus the idea is to have good things for mayael to dig for. I would start with Armada Wurm and maybe Craterhoof Behemoth Aegis Angel. something like Arborback Stomper will help get some life for free if you need it. Avatar of Slaughter for the game ending hit. Boldwyr Heavyweights because you should have the biggest creatures at the table and its a 2 for 1. Bringer of the Green Dawn/Bringer of the Red Dawn because reasons Council Guardian Deathcoil Wurm doesnt mind being blocked lol. Dragonlair Spider is great for blocking and creature racing. Enlisted Wurm though im not sure how cascade works with mayael. Garruk's Horde just seems natural in here as does Gladehart Cavalry. Living Inferno fight clubs all by its self as does Nessian Wilds Ravager. um Panglacial Wurm because i dare you to cast it from your library. i will scoop right then. Primeval Protector will be almost free even if its in your hand. Scourge of the Throne i mean your deck loves attacking why not do it again? Siege Behemoth,Tornado Elemental,wolfpack and Thorn Elemental because we want to just do straight damage to people. Stalking Vengeance will make people think twice about clearing the board. Tyrant of Discord sounds awesome. Vagrant Plowbeasts u know why. Vigordoesnt have time for anybodys shit. Windbrisk Raptor id like to see some lifelink in this deck because it has the potential to pump out assloads of damage per turn. there were a ton of creatures i omitted which had cycling and in hindsight they may be good but im sure you can do a search for them but if you ever find your hand flooded with creatures it might be a good out. also one last thing since i love this card Blade of Selves I didnt price anything out because I didnt feel like it since you could buy any of these one at a time and slowly build the deck into something that you wanted.
