This is my attempt at a Tier 1-3 deck. It is an original build. My focus is using my creatures with persist in combination with either Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Solemnity + Vizier of Remedies with any of my sac outlets. Ashnod's Altar and Phyrexian Altar for mana paired with Thrasios to draw my entire deck and win with Laboratory Maniac or until I find Blood Artist. Altar of Dementia for mill. I also have loads of mana rocks that cost under 3 mana so I can get there really fast. Basalt Monolith + Grim Monolith + Mana Reflection

The perfect opening hand: Vizier of Remedies + Safehold Elite + Altar of Dementia + Mox Opal + Mana Crypt + Mana Vault And any land that adds white mana.
