Enchantment (1)

Artifact (1)

Nekusar, the Mindrazer is basically an evil Santa Claus. His gifts come at a painful price, and he doesn't let you refuse.

Barbed Shocker : Play early to disrupt opponents' opening hands or hold it until after a boardwipe.
Collective Defiance
Commit / Memory : No discard trigger, unfortunately.
Damnable Pact : Essentially doubles its effect when Nekusar is in play.
Dragon Mage
Fevered Visions
Horn of Greed
Howling Mine
Incendiary Command
Jace's Archivist
Jace, the Living Guildpact
Magus of the Wheel
Molten Psyche : Doesn't trigger discard, but occasionally getting the Metalcraft ability to go off is nice.
Nin, the Pain Artist : Nekusar's girlfriend. Shoots a creature and gives out cards. Match made in heaven.
Runed Servitor : For chump blocking.
Runehorn Hellkite
Windfall
Whispering Madness

Archfiend of Ifnir : Will pretty much wipe your opponent's board with any of the wheel effect cards.
Cyclonic Rift : Sweep all of your opponents' boards back into their hands, then wheel!
Dictate of the Twin Gods : Use with a wheel effect for a nasty amount of damage.
Duskmantle Guildmage : Lovin' that discard part of the wheel effect.
Embermaw Hellion : Nekusar, Nin, Niv-Mizzet, Fevered/Spiteful Visions and more all love this little hellion.
Grafted Exoskeleton : It's kind of mean, I know.
Helm of the Ghastlord : When Nekusar puts on his helm, your opponents' hands will suffer, and yours will prosper.
Library of Leng : Don't wanna lose your hand when you wheel? Just put it on top of your library and wheel back into it instead.
Liliana's Caress : Take advantage of the other side of wheeling.
Megrim : More expensive version of Lili's Caress.
Sigil of Sleep : Bounce your opponents' creatures every time Nekusar or one of his Little Helpers deals damage.
Sphinx's Tutelage : Since you'll draw nearly as often and as much as your opponent, why not mill them a little while you're at it?
The Locust God : Might as well make some tokens off your own card draws, especially since this deck has fewer creatures in it.
Waste Not : Don't waste a single one of your opponents' discards.

Fate Unraveler : Nekusar's ex-wife, whom he left for Nin, the Pain Artist . This hag still has a thing for him, though.
Kederekt Parasite : Best when Nekusar is out, but any red permanent provides enough motivation for this little guy to do his thing.
Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind : The original commander for my card-drawing nastiness deck until I found Nekusar. Doesn't make opponents draw, but will still ping them or their creatures when you draw.
Psychosis Crawler : Loves your card draw and won't die during a wheel effect, since state-based actions won't be checked until after the wheel effect resolves (see rule 704.4).
Spiteful Visions : Will hit you as well, but with Nekusar or one of his Little Helpers out, you'll hit them harder. Be careful when using it around Embermaw Hellion or Dictate of the Twin Gods .

Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs : Nekusar's Chief of Workshop Security
Profane Memento : Keeps you alive as your opponents' creatures die or are discarded.
Propaganda : Besides protecting you, its flavor text quotes your commander!
Rise of the Dark Realms : Build a fort out of the bodies of your enemies.
Stormtide Leviathan : Kinda hard for your opponents to hit you when their basements are flooded.
Vampiric Link : Nekusar and his little helpers can help gain you life as well with this.
Words of Waste : Use your draw to empty their hands.
