Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck relies on both artifact versatility and card drawing punishment to achieve victory. Because of the high card-draw rate, this deck is designed to provide a high octane match for all players in order to end the game quickly - preferably in your favor.

Nekusar:

The commander and other cards will boost the number of draws each players has per turn. These include some creatures, enchantments and a few artifacts. Alongside the card draws' abilities and triggers are discard, mill and other effects that will make a deck hemorrhage cards from hand/library to graveyard. There are also several counter-spells to allow for uninterrupted application of overabundant suffering.
Mixed in the constant card rotation is life loss with draw or discard. To compensate with the superior tutoring capability of the artifact portion of the deck, Demonic Tutor and 3 other cards - Dimir Infiltrator, Dimir Machinations, Dimir House Guard - for a cost will tutor for synergy cards of CMC 2, 3 and 4 respectively.

Artifact:

Artifacts make up for most of the non-land cards (4 lands of which are artifacts) and rely on artifact presence to initiate tutoring for missing or necessary components to form a dominating combo. Many of the draw-related effects are artifact cards so setting up artifact operations is priority.
In this version of the Nekusar Artifact deck, Myrs have been put into heavy use for their ability to combo quickly and produce artifact tokens for artifact sacrificing costs using Kuldotha Forgemaster (into-play artifact tutor) and Time Sieve (extra turn). Another token generator is the Hammer of Purphoros which also provides haste allowing creature abilities to be activated immediately.

Psychosis Crawler // Curiosity = This will pretty much end things too
