This deck is a wheels deck using Narset, Enlightened Master as an engine to flip into more gas when needed. She is actually not the main focus of the deck. We attempt to gain massive card and mana advantage using our wheels, which have excellent synergy with Smothering Tithe . Smothering Tithe also has good synergy with Storm the Vault  . As well, our wheels become fairly one-sided when combined with Narset, Parter of Veils .

With our mana advantage we can attempt to cast massive spells to turn the tide of the game like Omniscience or Mass Manipulation . Our win conditions with explanations are as follows:

Enter the Infinite is a card very likely to give us the win. If we flip it off of Narset, Enlightened Master we place Omniscience as the sole card of our deck. Then we use Fury of the Horde exiling any two red cards to swing Narset again for a free Omniscience. From there, any win is possible, but it is very likely to be Jace, Wielder of Mysteries to win off his static ability.

Of course, if Enter the Infinite is in your hand, you could try casting it with the mana generation available. Do this pre-combat and do the same steps as above without needing to use Fury of the Horde.

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter is a tried and true combo. Enabling it is fairly easy in this mana rock heavy deck. We can easily generate an infinite storm count and infinite mana. There are many potential outlets for this. These are described later.

However, unique to Iso-Rev is that you can generate infinite storm count to play your entire deck with Mind's Desire .

With sufficient mana Blue Sun's Zenith can be used to force a player to draw a number of cards equal to the number of cards in their deck plus one. This will kill them with a mill kill.

If aimed at yourself, you can draw your entire deck and using your cantrips, keep getting Blue Sun's Zenith back to just kill everyone else. Alternatively, cast Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and win with a Brainstorm or similar cantrip to win with Jace's static ability.

With sufficient mana, you can kill two players with just Expansion / Explosion . Cast the Explosion half, and aim the card draw at an opponent and the damage at another opponent. With X large enough, you kill one player by forcing them to draw their entire deck plus one card, and kill another player with just damage.

There are also some interesting cards that are not game winning, but can allow you to obtain such a large advantage that you should be able to win after resolution. These cards are as follows:

We attempt to keep a massive parity breaker like Narset, Enlightened Master or Omniscience .

Of note is that our deck is very mana rock heavy. All these mana rocks are unaffected by Restore Balance so it is very possible to gain mana advantage off this. Because we try to empty our hands, it's possible we also gain card advantage by forcing discards. Since we have Narset, Enlightened Master as our only creature, it is very likely that Restore Balance also becomes a board wipe.

We take heavy inspiration from the deck
