Do you like playing a Rainbow deck? Do you like having multiple ways of winning your game? Do you want to confuse your opponents; where they dont know what you are going to do next?

This deck is for YOU!!!!!!!!

This deck is by definition: Planeswalkers/Proliferate/Mana Ramp deck. Now, this deck works extremely well with Ramos, Dragon Engine for several different reasons. You can do the follow things:

  1. Make Ramos, Dragon Engine extremely big and do commander damage.
  2. Get out multiple Planeswalkers and just wipe out your opponents.
  3. Making your creatures extremely strong and destroy everything in your path.
  4. All the Above.

Whatever way you want to skin your cat is up to your preference. The idea of this deck is making you generate enough Mana to do any of the listed things I placed above. Here is the breakdown of how to play this deck efficiently.

Your main objective is to get Ramos, Dragon Engine out as fast as you can. Using Mana Ramps like Farseek, Sol Ring, Burgeoning, Terramorphic Expanse, Ash Barrens, Doubling Cube etc. will get you mana that you will need to get Ramos, Dragon Engine out. If you are having a difficult time, then you can use the Tutors or Rites of Flourishing to speed up the process. Once Ramos, Dragon Engine is out then things become very interesting. When you cast anything Ramos ability of +1/+1 starts and having either Doubling Season or Primal Vigor to get more counters on him. If not, then you have the option to proliferate with either Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, Deepglow Skate, Forgotten Ancient, Master Biomancer, Thrummingbird, Inexorable Tide, Rings of Brighthearth, Contagion Engine, Contagion Clasp etc. etc. Once Ramos, Dragon Engine is at five counters or more then the real fun begins.
Having Ramos, Dragon Engine at five counters, then you can use its ability to gain two mana of each color and then you can play anything from your hand. For Mana Ramp:Once I have Doubling Cube out on the field I will cast Everflowing Chalice to gain multiple colorless mana out on the field. Planeswalkers/Creatures:With all the mana you can produce, you can literally play any planeswalkers/creatures you want.Enchantments:With these cards: Sterling Grove, Spirit of Resistance, Oath of Nissa, Oath of Ajani, Enchanted Evening, all help you protect yourself as well as all of your cards until you get Elspeth, Knight-Errant and it will be game over. Sterling Grove + Spirit of Resistance + Enchanted Evening = dirty combo.
ProsI believe that this deck can consider a fluid deck. Any problem that you may face, you can counter it or be able to change your strategy very quickly to avert in losing the game. You are able to determine quickly from your opening hand what strategy you want to play. With having 30 lands and 9 cards that can produced land (not counting the Nissas) your probability of having at least one land is 40% and having two land producing cards is 15% in your opening hand. Plus having 5 cards to fetch other cards and 6 cards to make you draw a card increases your probability of getting the mana or card you may need.Once Ramos is on the field, you are able to generate mana quickly. If Ramos is taken off the board for whatever reason, you would still have six mana in your pool. This deck was design to have most of its mana cost four or less which is calculated as 62.8%. You are not beaten if you cant play Ramos, because other cards with help you advance your play strategy. ConsThis deck will take time to generate the first couple turns. Facing opponents that can place creatures out in earlier games will cause you some life. If you are playing in a group game, your chances of winning goes down unless you are playing teams. When playing this deck, you tend to have a HUGE bulls-eye on your back and with multiple players attacking you, this deck crumbles. Boardwips can be an issue because this deck doesnt have any regeneration cards.
