The primary win condition of this deck lies within Necrotic Ooze. You can either hard cast or reanimate Necrotic Ooze or copy it with Lazav, the Multifarious with any of the key combo pieces in the graveyard and win. There are several graveyard targets for Ooze to hit, but I'll list some of the infinite combos below because there are a h*ckin' lot and it's hard to keep track of everything. Key combos:

Palladium Myr + Pili-Pala + Walking Ballista = Infinite Mana + Infinite +1/+1 Counters + Infinite Damage

Bloodline Keeper Flip + Grimgrin, Corpse-Born + Triskelion OR Walking Ballista = Infinite +1/+1 Counters + Infinite Damage

Bloodline Keeper Flip + Grimgrin, Corpse-Born + Altar of the Brood = Infinite +1/+1 Counters + Infinite Mill

Bloodline Keeper Flip + Pili-Pala + Ashnod's Altar = Infinite Mana

For any of the Bloodline Keeper Flip interactions, a Blood Artist (currently removed from the original list for testing) on the field would deal infinite lifedrain and lifegain when the token gets sacrificed. Mesmeric Orb also allows you to self mill your entire with literally any of these combos. What does that do for you? Well, it gives you access to ALL of the combos when your graveyard now effectively becomes your library. Ain't that some overkill, but hey value city am I right?

While not an infinite combo, you can also ping everyone to death with Necrotic Ooze as long as Phyrexian Devourer and Walking Ballista or Triskelion are in the graveyard. Essentially you just use Devourer's ability to exile the top card of your library to put counters on Ooze, and then remove those counters which can deal a maximum of 192 damage altogether assuming the only cards in your graveyard or in play are these combo pieces, which is unlikely of course but the fact of the matter is that this combo can close out games. It requires less combo pieces, but comes with a high risk since we are essentially just exiling our deck and potentially our other combo pieces to win if this condition ends up getting interrupted.
