Initially playtesting the deck i realized that without the access to the access to useful wheels is rather limited. Therefor i tried to limit the number of creatures i'd feel devastated to hard cast then get into the graveyard later on. So far Maralen of the Mornsong is the only one. And trust me, if i hard cast her, people really shy away to block/attack into her, blow up the board and so on.
Without discard options Phyrexian Dreadnought is the only close to convincing option of your suggested creatures. And that one sits at 20€ right now. Which is way more than i'm willing to pay for a two turn clock. Consuming Aberration , Mortivore , Nighthowler , Wight of Precinct Six and Phage the Untouchable are capable to one shot opponents usually.
Buried Alive has been in the deck for a while, but proven to be risky. Buried Alive plus Ornithopter et al, one of the above finishers and the requirements for said finisher to be lethal, maybe even mana to counter/protect my commander isn't as easy to come by. And that's just considering the best case scenario.
I'd like to try Geier Reach Sanitarium as another looting land to see if it fits.

Hey, maybe update the deck description? Cephalid Inkshrouder can be a discard outlet and is quite the creature when copied by Lavaz. Discard a card to give Lavaz shroud and make him unblockable. Bonus if you discard a creature who you can then copy with Lavaz after it goes to the graveyard.

Lots of great suggestions and I'll try to address each one.
Bojuka Bog perhaps gives me the most anxiety when piloting this deck, so granting myself hexproof would be incredibly useful. I really like Witchbane Orb for that reason too, but I feel like it's too costly to get out in terms of mana because I'd have to spend one of my earliest turns getting it out on the field for it to be worth anything which distracts a bit from the gameplan and it may not even stay on the field which makes it quite an investment into resources just to prevent a Bojuka Bog threat. Thing is, I can normally recover from Bojuka Bog rather effectively, because I usually just start putting specific combo pieces in the graveyard at a time, and if someone exiles those pieces from my graveyard, I move onto the next combo and try to assemble it. By the time I find a way to dump my whole library into the graveyard, I'm already going to combo off and Bojuka Bog won't be able to interrupt the combo on my turn unless they can Scapeshift with a Leyline of Anticipation out on the battlefield but that would be some roundabout tech. I'll still try to find a slot for Witchbane Orb for testing, thank you for the suggestion.
Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots are cards that I specifically left out of the build because I didn't want to use equipment anywhere in this deck. Instead I have a solid graveyard package for Lazav and Ooze to hit for protection. Specifically fulfilling the same role as the equipment mentioned, I have Invisible Stalker and Cephalid Inkshrouder who protect Lazav from being targeted.
Lastly, I will start off by saying right away that Intuition is definitely going to be worked into the build. I forgot it was even a card and it just seems like the perfect tutor for this deck. Now I have considered Yawgmoth's Will before, but I opted against it since I would be risking exiling my creature(s) that I reanimate with it, and if they are important combo pieces but I don't end up comboing off then that's bad news for me. Snapcaster Mage is great, and I had him in mind for the original draft of this deck, but I haven't quite decided if or how I will fit him into the build. Mystical Teachings seems a little mana intensive for what it is and for that reason I don't think I would need it.

I would rather Boreal Druid, Arbor Elf, and Fyndhorn Elves before that, since that are Dread Return fodder. It is up to you what you do as discard outlets, I like Phantasmagorian/Cabal Therapy as my package, but the arguement is abundantly clear that Cephalid Inkshrouder is great protection outside of just being a discard outlet. Up to you, if low mana, instant speed removal (Swords to Plowshares, Dismember, Rapid Hybridization, Chain of Vapor, etc.) is very common, keep it how it is, if not, I like the others more.

+1 love the list, I built a very similar one!
Piece of advice, run Talisman of Dominance/Fellwar Stone over the signets, they give a slight bit more value generally, also, good on you for running the Mogis's Marauders Hulk pile, and the Nooze pile! Cabal Therapy/Phantasmagorian should be run so you can discard Dread Return, Necrotic Ooze, or other combo-cards so you aren't so reliant on Cephalid Inkshrouder.

The main reason for Deep Analysis over Flash of Insight is Laboratory Maniac. Is some of my combo for Nooze is exiled or otherwise inaccessible due to gameplay, I can Dread Return the Laboratory Maniac and flashback Deep Analysis.
I actually had Noxious Revival and Diabolic Intent in the list to start with, along with cards like Windfall, some of the signets, etc. But a lot of them were dropped for more removal. Timetwister/Memory's Journey lines are the best for repeatedly recycling my library, to use Beast Within + Reality Shift to exile my opponents libraries. Winds of Rebuke isn't needed for this.
Entomb, Necromancy, Reanimate, Life // Death and the like were a package I couldn't run with my Food Chain package, Flash/Protean Hulk package, Laboratory Maniac package, Counterspell Package, Card Draw Package, Tutor Package, Removal Package, and Ramp Package. I just didn't have the space.
Ad Nauseam is a card that is too expensive opening hand, and doesn't instantly win me the game like Hermit Druid can, so I would rarely tutor it. It is a great card for storm, but not exactly for many other lists.
Survival of the Fittest/Apprentice Necromancer can be a great boon for many decks that need to reanimate a Protean Hulk, however I am a Food Chain deck at first, and a Hermit Druid list second. Flash/Protean Hulk is probably beneath Laboratory Maniac in terms of how much I want to focus on it. I would most definently recommend it to a Flash/Protean Hulk list wanting a single-card win-con (as long as you have a creature card in hand). I may eventually run it, but for right now I do in fact have a reason for not doing it.

I've been working on a cedh sidisi as well. Here are a few swaps I've found that work well. Phantasmagorian can be swapped for Cephalid Inkshrouder, it functions as a discard outlet with Nooze, and gives him shroud and lowers the CMC. Flash of Insight is strictly better than Deep Analysis. I would drop Manipulate Fate and friends and replace with Reanimate, Life//Death, and Necromancy. Boreal druid is almost useless, this deck has so many one drops that you usually need colored mana, I'd go with Survival of the Fittest or Apprentice Necromancer If you drop Dig Through Time and Treausre Cruise, you can easily run Ad Nauseam and add in other cantrips like Impulse to dig or Careful Study to ditch dead Nooze cards
