Cats as a tribe are not usually very strong, and even have a tendency to want to go wide. However, thanks in part to Arahbo, we are instead going to pump them up, double their power, and give them abilities like trample or make them unblockable to get damage through. A lot of cats also have abilities that give the flavor of having nine lives, so we will focus on equipping cats that have the ability to make themselves indestructible, hexproof, protection from a color, so that they can stay alive long enough to get their wet food (A.K.A: take out our enemies).

Early Game:

Ramp and get out any 1CMC cats in hand. Then set up any static boosts you can draw, and anything that can disperse +1/+1 counters.

Mid Game:

Get out any of the cats the that can protect themselves in the mid game where a lot of removal and board wipes come out. They will be the safest targets to start boosting with equipment and used to cast draw spells like Soul's Majesty that would otherwise get you little to no card advantage if someone were to use removal on them as you go to attack.

Late Game:

Swing with your strongest cats! Use equipment like Trailblazer's Boots to get through player's defenses, and equipment like Fireshrieker to do the most damage. If necessary use Lost Leonin to take out opponents running life gain mechanics, or bring out Arahbo to deal lethal commander damage.
