The plan is very simple.Get plenty of mana ASAP to cast powerful creatures.

Cards such us: Magmatic Insight, Explore, Seer's Sundial, Hedron Archive, Garruk's Packleader or Matter Reshaper provides me really good draw, Riddle of Lightning is great because of it's Scry 3.

From Beyond and Signal the Clans can help me get core creatures of this deck, which are Artisan of Kozilek, Bane of Bala Ged, Conduit of Ruin or Ulamog's Crusher.

I love how greatly Decree of Annihilation works in this deck, I can cast strong creatures really fast and then cycle it = instant win. Even if the opponent somehow kill my creatures with no lands, I can get a lot of lands thanks to my ramp spells. So much fun.
