Precursor to Jeleva/Kess then Yidris Storm. Building this deck with a friend to learn the basics of storm so that we can get a better idea of the mechanics and gameplay. Also, it is Dimir for budget but Circu offers us a win with dramatic sceptre that isn't in the Grixis or 4c variations.

Win-Cons:

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter + 2 mana of rocks + Circu OR + 3 mana of rocks and the ability to make at least one and one to cast Circu. Do not expect to cast him first in a normal game.

Aetherflux Reservoir + a very high storm count. Manually storming off. Usually off the back of a massive draw like Ad Naus, Insight, Notion Wheel, or a crafted hand into a massive Mind's Desire.

Future Sight + Helm of Obedience + Sensei's Divining Top . This lets you draw the deck and get a storm count of like 70. Feel free to win with Labman, Aetherflux, or maybe casting Circu and tryna exile their decks if they happen to be low on cards for some reason?

Doomsday. Right now my go-to pile is Predict + Unearth . No LED for a Yawgwin pile (budget life), but there are a lot of variations for different scenarios. In this deck they are all Labman piles though.
