Renown 1 (When this creature deals combat damage to a player, if it isn't renowned, put a +1/+1 counter on it and it becomes renowned.)
Whenever Acolyte of the Inferno becomes blocked by a creature, it deals 2 damage to that creature.

Cards I would take out: Acolyte of the Inferno, Akrasan Squire, Akroan Sergeant, Alaborn Grenadier, Alaborn Veteran, Altac Bloodseeker, Alaborn Zealot, Fire Diamond, Pristine Talisman, Bandage, and Armistice. I will suggest more later on.
Then add some of the following: Bruna, the Fading Light, Sword of Feast and Famine, Enlightened Tutor, Sublime Archangel, Aggravated Assault, Loxodon Warhammer, Iroas, God of Victory, Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder, Sun Titan, Master Warcraft, Assemble the Legion, Return to Dust, Aurelia's Fury, Frontline Medic, Solemn Simulacrum, World at War, Thran Dynamo, Darksteel Ingot, Akroma, Angel of Wrath, Legion's Initiative, Angel of Glory's Rise, Mother of Runes, Legion Loyalist, Steelshaper's Gift, Commander's Sphere, Emeria, The Sky Ruin, Emeria Shepherd, Knight of the White Orchid, Balefire Liege, Mirran Crusader, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, Grand Abolisher, Angel of Serenity, Angel of the Dire Hour, Angelic Arbiter, Hanweir Garrison along with Hanweir Battlements, Angelic Overseer, Exquisite Archangel, Requiem Angel, Resolute Archangel, Hammer of Nazahn, Sword of the Animist,Sunforger, Swiftfoot Boots and or Lightning Greaves, and Boros Signet.
I realize this is a pretty hefty list, and so let me know if you need help finding a place for any of these in the deck and I will try my best later on when I have time.

You need a lower mana base for an aggro deck. You want strike fast and win by turn 4 latest. So about ~12 one mana creatures, ~10 two mana creatures
If you are open to non-allies:
THREE MANA: Acolyte of the Inferno, Kolaghan Forerunners, Fiery Hellhound, Geier Reach Bandit Flip, (However I am not sure about werewolves, since you want to cast as many creatures per turn as you can)
----HERE ARE SOME COMMENTS ON YOUR CARDS----
- Evolving Wilds - bad because you never want to have a tapped land and not be able to put a creature in.
- Chaplain's Blessing - even in control decks this is useless
- Outnumber - bad because it can't hit the player.
- Corrupted Grafstone - you dont need extra mana. This card does nothing in this deck.
- Thalia's Lieutenant - you need more 1 mana humans for this to be worth it.
- Makindi Patrol - aggro decks want big damage.
- Valakut Invoker as an aggro deck, you will never have 8 mana.
- Smite the Monstrous - bad removal
- Zada, Hedron Grinder - you don't have enough things that target him.
This could work a budget deck, but if you want to put in a few hundred for a budget deck, I'd suggest you look at http://mtgtop8.com/format?f=ST - this is a link detailing all professional tournament decks. Or better yet, go to your local game shop and ask what could work at events there.

Acolyte of the Inferno could help get rid of some early threats and give you more early presence

Side board help, Immolating Glare, Dromoka's Command, Dazzling Reflection, Valorous Stance, Earthen Arms, Make a Stand, Stasis Snare...I'm just throwing some ideas out there for main or side board. Personally I would splash read for Break Through the Line and Scab-Clan Berserker and Acolyte of the Inferno
