Kolaghan Forerunners
Creature — Human Berserker
Trample
Kolaghan Forerunners's power is equal to the number of creatures you control.
Dash {2}{R} (You may cast this spell for its dash cost. If you do, it gains haste, and it's returned from the battlefield to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.)

fszk I can definitely do that!
Step one is deciding on whether you want to make soldier tokens specifically or just any type of creature. It doesn't really matter, they're both good and fun to play, but I'll give you suggestions for both.
-
You want to use cards like Assemble the Legion, Skyknight Vanguard, and Outlaws' Merriment to consistently make a tokens. Which, y'know, in Boros token spam you're probably going to want a lot of those.
-
Then you're going to want a reason to make so many tokens. Either something to buff them like Honored Crop-Captain and Felidar Retreat or a reward for having so many creatures Halo Fountain (Expensive, but you really only need 2 copies), Seraph of the Masses or Kolaghan Forerunners. You could also use something like Goblin Bombardment, Impact Tremors, or Cavalcade of Calamity. What you pick here is going to change a lot of what you pick for other parts.
-
And now for mana! White and red don't have a lot of great mana ramp, but classic artifacts like Boros Signet, Boros Keyrune, or Boros Cluestone. Prosperous Partnership could work well, too. Goblin Trenches could be snazzy if you care to add in white catch-up cards, but I'd stick to Prosperous and Signet.
-
Removal is important too! Devouring Light, Lantern Flare, and Mob Justice all work pretty well. Although, Conclave Tribunal is definitely one you'll want in there. Wear / Tear is pretty solid too.
-
Three other things to add are Lena, Selfless Champion, Oketra's Monument, and Mentor of the Meek because they're all cool and fresh.
Anyway, uhh, I just said a lot of stuff. That's my definition of some pointers. You don't want to know what a lot of pointers looks like. Good luck and feel free to ask for more assistance. (:

Thanks again Shadowl_less_one! Unfortunately, Kolaghan Forerunners has its power checked in all zones, so as long as I control greater than two creatures, it will be too strong to reanimate with Alesha. Cards that can be reanimated with Alesha are cards like Nighthowler and Progenitor Mimic as they have power 0 explicitly stated. I actually thought about Selfless Spirit and will look into testing him as well!!

Did you also Consider Kolaghan Forerunners he can be pretty letal late game, technically his Power is 0 making him great for bringing back from the grave with Alesha.

Token desks like things that get bigger with the number of creatures such as Akroan Hoplite, Battle Squadron, Benalish Commander, Bravado, Crusader of Odric, Eidolon of Countless Battles, Geist-Honored Monk, Goblin Rabblemaster, Hanweir Militia Captain Flip, Hope Against Hope, Keldon Warlord, Marton Stromgald, Pennon Blade, Seraph of the Masses, Soulsurge Elemental, Veteran's Armaments, Kolaghan Forerunners, Scion of the Wild, Stag Beetle, Veteran Warleader, Voice of Resurgence, or Wayfaring Temple. At least that is how I tried to build arround Iroas, God of Victory in Heroes never die

Personally I would spread the love a little bit to add in Goblin Heelcutter, makes those late game blockers a non-issue.
-1 Warbringer
OR, you could drop 4 Mountains because mono-red doesn't need 24 lands

Here are some card suggestions you could try out. Cyclops Gladiator, Boldwyr Intimidator, Markov Blademaster, Paragon of Fierce Defiance, Wrecking Ogre, Goblin Heelcutter, Hellraiser Goblin, Horde Ambusher, Kolaghan Forerunners Jeska, Warrior Adept, and Lightning Mauler.

All right so like I said last night, you want threats that work great with both Collected Company and Nahiri, the Harbinger. Also you have a little bit of an ally sub-theme going on here... I'm not sure if that's the best way to go but I'll list quite a few creatures for you to consider in your build.
Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh Flip: 3 mana, and if you're using Nahiri it's likely late enough in the game that you can flip her and in doing so leave her on the field.
Vryn Wingmare: You have a really low spell base and a fairly cheap costing one. It is a good flying threat and can seriously disrupt an opponent's tempo.
Caustic Caterpillar: Good utility creature, not game winning but I'd consider him for the sideboard.
Dragonmaster Outcast: Stupid good late game value, he also helps attract removal away from some of your other creatures and only costs one
Thraben Inspector: Great little weenie that gives you card draw later in the game when you want it.
Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit: Stupid good value for obvious reasons. Also note that you get to pick the order for CoCo so always lay this one down first if you decide to add it in.
Consul's Lieutenant: Obvious value here, double white is sad, but CoCo helps a lot with that.
Citadel Castellan: Nice value, not the best target for Nahiri but can be pretty powerful in it's own right.
Crater Elemental: Nice sac ability, really devastating late game if you fetch it with Nahiri after you've got a lot of creatures out.
Deathmist Raptor: 3/3's with Deathtouch are never to be underestimated. Especially if your deck is capable of bring it back with Den Protector.
Hardened Berserker: This can offset Vryn Wingmare really well and can just ramp out a lot of value for you.
Kolaghan Forerunners: Another card to help scale off the number of creatures you have, Veteran Warleader would be a better fit though if you keep the ally sub-theme.
The deck seems rather solid and if CoCo wasn't about to circulate out I might have tried to build it. Hope these creatures help give you an idea for improvements.
