Essentially, I built the deck in a way that it has a bunch of cantrips and other "utility instants" which either protects me or gives me more gas so that I can create the lands to eventually bring beats in. It tries to keep control of the board through "nonland permanent" effects while using counterspells to keep the board from going crazy.

The problem feel Im having with the deck is that it has a very narrow win con which is either a pumped up land, either on Darksteel Citadel or on Cascading Cataracts and swinging multiple times or an Inkmoth Nexus. Problem with the nexus is that it needs fetching if not drawn into. It depends on the beats and the land you make as it has little creatures to do the beats as well. I think it maybe needs extras card draw as it can run out of gas quickly as some of the spells are relatively high cmc. It might run counter productive/ make a nonbo as the wipes target nonland permanents which may get mana rocks as well which makes the deck feel mana starved at times.

Using cantrips with the help of extra draw engines such as Planar Birth + Trade Routes or Alhammarret's Archive + various cantrips in the deck to get the pieces needed and eventually make a land big enough to swing with. I am thinking of using Roil Elemental with Planar Birth with whatever basic is discarded to this engine to get a pseudo insurrection if needed.

There is also a kind of janky way to go for a combo route, where it utilizes manlands, which make double mana, Karoo , Azorius Chancery , Soldevi Excavations which must be enchanted with things that untap it for 1 blue ex Freed from the Real, Pemmin's Aura to produce infinite mana. The problem Im seeing with this is what to play after getting the combo pieces and even if I can even get the pieces themselves. W with either inkmoth or just a big land with the help of our lightning greaves or blue suns zenith to mill etc.

Another thought is to make the pumped land into Proteus Staff and put out a Stormtide Leviathan or something like a Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur but I have no idea which ones to switch out etc.
