A fairly standard Sliver deck, run by Sliver Overlord. Another option for a commander is The First Sliver, but personally I prefer the consistency of Overlord’s tutors. I wouldn’t recommend running Sliver Hivelord as the commander; the other two are much better there.

If you are building this deck the land base is entirely up to you. I chose to save a little money by running all the guildgates and Maze's End as an alternate win con, but mostly as a way to tutor up the gates. The only lands I would say that are important to keep no matter what are Cascading Cataracts and Sliver Hive
