made this for a friend who wanted to play this specific commander but in a pod that would shoot him for playing mill

you win by either counting to 21 with your commander or just lab man

yes thoracle but also this deck is designed specifically for lower level pods that still despise mill as a mechanic and thoracle would just annihilate them

maybeboard consists of cards that were considered but didn't make the cut

also keep in mind a lot of the exclusions were due to budgetary restrictions. If you wanted a higher power version of the deck then just feel free to slot some of the more expensive maybeboard cards in, although I explicitly ignored any card above ~20$ when I was initially assembling the deck so you'll have to supply your own 50$ cards if you want that
