The basic strategy is to keep tribal swarms in check until win conditions are met. Even when not facing tribal, the indirect removal will bypass popular hexproof/shroud/indestructible that protect problematic creatures. Ramos gets a minimum of a +1/+1 counter for each spell cast, so the temporary points of -1/-1 is unlikely to hinder my commander. There is actually some attempt at synergy throughout the deck, but I am still testing.

This library mostly spawned from a mixture of cards that don't make the cut in my main Ur-Dragon Deck (Duplicate owned cards are included though); and it is somewhat a response to the tribal meta I'm facing. Suggestions are welcome as long as card choices are cheap. I already owned nearly all of the expensive cards, or I conveniently traded into them.
