This is a Kilo artifacts deck with a big focus on charge counters and proliferation.

The general idea is simple:

• Give Kilo the ability to tap
• Play cards that let you untap Kilo
• Proliferate counters on cards in order to get weird wincons and other fun effects

Note: I specifically avoided putting a lot of infect stuff in this deck because it just feels like a less interesting way to go imo.

There's a handful of different ways to go infinite with this rather easily for unlimited proliferate, and a handful of cards that can turn that proliferation into a win.

Some examples:

Paradise Mantle/Relic of Legends/Urza, Lord High ArtificerGC + Freed from the Real/Pemmin's Aura OR Pentad Prism + Aura of Dominion Show

Any of these pairings will allow you to tap Kilo for mana that can immediately be used to untap Kilo. This gives you infinite Proliferate triggers. Pair them with cards that can turn those triggers into mana with cards like Crystalline Crawler, The Eternity Elevator, Astral Cornucopia and others, or even just use them to win outright with damage from Walking Ballista, mill from Grindclock, or wincons like Darksteel Reactor

Empowered Autogenerator + Filigree Sages Show

With at least 2 counters on Empowered Autogenerator, tapping it produces 3+ mana that can be used with Filigree Sages to untap the Autogenerator. From that point on it is able to tap for an increasing amount of mana each time, generating infinite mana.
