The plan here is a simple one. Play creatures and swing. I included a few Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker lines to help close out games that drag on too long.

The only non-creature spell in the deck is Primal Surge. If you're commander is not on the field this card puts you're entire deck onto the battlefield. We've got a few haste enablers so you can close out the game on the turn you cast it.
