Go-Shintai of Maze's End EDH

This is primarily a Maze's End deck which aims to win using the activated ability of Maze's End. The choice of commander came about when looking at what I wanted from the deck. I originally ran this deck with Omnath, Locus of Creation as the commander and I liked the deck, but it felt very thin on the ground. Every creature in play was integral to what I was doing with Maze's End, so boardwipes and even trading creatures felt very very bad. So the choice of Go-Shintai of Life's Origin allowed me to start building out a nice board and also have a secondary win condition that frequently puts me in a strong position on the board.

Key Cards

Maze's End - Bit of a no brainer, but Maze's end is our main wincon in this deck. We're looking to use it to beat our opponents without needing to touch their life totals.

Knight of the Reliquary - Can become a huge blocker/protector while also fixing our gates & grabbing vital utility lands like Maze of Ith & Reliquary Tower.

Untapping & Faster Slow Mana

Tiller Engine - This little guy untaps our lands when they come into play. This turns our slow gates into dual lands. This helps us keep pace with the rest of the game and not fall behind too much.

Kiora's Follower - Your main target with this guy is Maze's End. Ideally you'd use Maze's End on or before your turn. If you're able to replay it with something like a level two Druid Class or Exploration then you can use Kiora's matey to untap it and use it again.

Ley Weaver - Similar to Kiora's Follower, Ley Weaver gives you an extra untap. Typically you will do that aforementioned strategy using an additional land drop each turn, but you can also untap another land, likely the gate you just fetched.

Navigation Orb - Cultivate but for gates. Pretty handy.
