As the name implies this is my first real attempt at putting together a commander deck. Any advice will be great as I doubt I've gone the right direction.

I know the manabase and ramp need to be addressed and will be the first things on the list to invest in.

I saw Lavinia, Azorious Renegade and Smothering Tithe in my binder and liked the idea of taxing opponents, though that is now a sub-theme to the ETB shenanigans enabled by the phantom premonition precon additions. I've gone ahead and made adjustments I feel will refine the deck.

Any suggestions for additions, cuts, considerations are welcome.

This is being built on a budget though so unfortunately for now no mana crypts, Mana Vault , etc. Lol... though Teferi's Protection is first on my buy list.
