Ok this was my first EDH deck. I am looking to improve it as much as possible.

There are a few combos to take note of.

Gravecrawler with Rooftop Storm and Grimgrin, Corpse-Born = Big Grimgrin

Grave Titan with Nim Deathmantle and Ashnod's Altar = Infinate 2/2 Zombies/ colerless Mana add in Phyrexian Altar infinate colored mana.

Gravecrawler with Secrets of the Dead and Phyrexian Altar with any zombie in play draw deck.

Looking to open a few spots need two for the Stitcher Geralf and Ghoulcaller Gisa when they drop.

Also needing to cut cards any help would be awesome.
