This is just a first draft, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You may notice that all but a few cards are under one dollar. This is intentional; I don't have a ton of money to devote to this, so I chose a dollar per card as a budget starting point.

The primary win condition for this deck is to resolve a Primal Surge, getting Laboratory Maniac on the field, then drawing a card from the now empty library. The backup win condition is beating down with the creature tokens generated by cards like Gutter Grime.
