This is my take on Prosper and I gotta say this deck definitely packs a punch. Prosper can come out as early as T1 with the right rocks in hand, but ideally you want him out turn 2-3 to really get that card advantage and ramp going. The idea is to storm out , so always keep that die handy to keep track of your storm count because it can just happen out of nowhere with things like Birgi, God of Storytelling  , Xorn, Goldspan Dragon enabling your spell output. I can't say enough good things about Birgi because with this deck's avg cmc being so low to the ground that red mana she nets you on every spell goes a LONG way to get this deck into hyperdrive to storm out for a big Tendrils of Agony or just zap someone with Aetherflux Reservoir. There's an infinite storm outlet with Bolas' Citadel and Sensei's Divining Top and once you get that on board it's pretty easy to dig for a win con like Reservoir or Tendrils.
