Karn, the Great Creator was used with Mycosynth Lattice before lattice got banned. Kaldra Compleat is another option, and "ugin, eye of the storms" from the upcoming dragonstorm set is just bonkers. Kozilek's Command has been seeing play, and Echoes of Eternity seems fun.

Equipment and other stabtastic things are fun, and your deck has a lot of my usual favorite toys in those colors. I approve. I do have some thoughts that might help you, though, but some of these are playgroup dependent (or meta-dependent):
- From MH3, things like White Orchid Phantom, Estrid's Invocation, Lion Umbra, Glyph Elemental, Indebted Spirit, Triton Wavebreaker, and Monumental Henge all might prove useful.
- Some other fun toys in your colors I quite like include Mirari's Wake, Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist, Privileged Position, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, Linvala, Keeper of Silence, Yosei, the Morning Star, Exalted Angel, Sublime Archangel, Eiganjo Castle, Council's Judgment, and Questing Beast. These may or may not do things for you, but they might help depending on how crazy things are in your playgroup.
- I'm very surprised you're not running Umezawa's Jitte, given how it likely synergizes with Rafiq (and it's just a really good card).
- Steelshaper's Gift, Fact or Fiction, and Eladamri's Call might help you get to the fun stuff, and Abundance combos really well with Sylvan Library.
- While you aren't really an equipment deck , Puresteel Paladin might both get you cards and makes your equipment quite cheap (and it's easy to turn on in your deck). I also quite like Kaldra Compleat and Batterskull, but I'm not sure if you want to draw that kind of attention.

Kaldra Compleat and Witch's Clinic work wonderfully in my eldrazi deck. Your already pumping large mana and the compleat is a living weapon so you'll benefit from it on cast with its slew of keywords including haste. And Witch's Clinic is just a fantastic land to help pad life total if you swing with zhul but if not I'd still atleast recommend giving kaldra a shot!

Some thoughts:

you’re running a LOT of cards as only 1-ofs or 2-ofs. Typically to keep a deck consistent you want most cards in a deck to be playsets - by having soo many different cards it’s going to be hard to present a coherent strategy.

your mana curve is very high, and I would suggest finding ways to lower it.

I am not sure what both Blood Baron of Vizkopa and Kaldra Compleat are doing here - both are super slow and clumsy, and you don’t have any cards to support them.

The line between equipment and creatures is a hard thing to get right i think it should always be skewed more towards creatures which i think looks decent here but be careful about this number!
I would encourage you to play more creatures/ equipment that get buffed when you get multiple equipment on it. Ideas being Goblin Gaveleer , Champion of the Flame , Thran Power Suit these may not look impressive but 1+ equipment and they go big. Newer card I have tried Kellan, the Fae-Blooded is probably good but slow.
When building your sideboard i would look at protection/ recursion/ meta based archetype hate. Think Mantle of the Ancients , Blacksmith's Skill , Unlicensed Hearse , Crumble to Dust , maybe look at what other people are playing with a junk sideboard full of removal and graveyard hate for a few times then see what you need from there.
Obligatory simple answer is look at what equipment decks are currently doing good in modern. Stoneblade decks and hammer time. Both use Stoneforge Mystic to find and put in Kaldra Compleat for a quick kill. Stone blade is a midrange tempo shell to support what your doing. The hammer time deck has a plan A combo of putting Colossus Hammer on a creature and swinging for lethal in 1 to 2 turns.
