Weathered Sentinels
Artifact Creature — Wall
Defender, vigilance, reach, trample
This can attack players who attacked you during their last turn as though this didn't have defender.
Whenever this attacks, this gets +3/+3 and gains indestructible until end of turn.

Eloniel Ohhh! Thank you for the in-depth analysis on Plagon, Lord of the Beach. I completely missed the fact that it, by itself, would be useless as an attacker since it doesn't have Defender. I completely agree now that it would simply sit as an unstable draw engine.
Been also wanting to add Weathered Sentinels for a long time on my Arcades deck but it's currently still too expensive and I wouldn't want to exceed my $100 budget. So it's gonna be either that or Crystal Barricade.
I was also finally able to find the opportunity to play Arcades on a complete pod after returning and also agree that Brave the Sands seems like a good choice to be swapped out for a wall with better utility. Since most of the time, opponents would have blockers for the walls on the ground while the evasive ones I'd rather play safe and use for swinging instead of using as blockers.
Thanks for bringing Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa up, after looking at him once again, I just realized that he would actually work well with The Pride of Hull Clade! I was mulling over him since Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive doesn't work with him which puts the 15 toughness to waste if the opponents have blockers. I'll probably bring him back in my deck as well after some testing.

Azeure To be honest there is plenty of redundancy that we don't play:
The only one worth running for me is High Alert because it does both "every creatures with defender may attack" and "they assign combat damage equal to their toughness" for every creatures without having to pay mana to apply the effect.
The second best one for me is Assault Formation but i still cuted it. Bedrock Tortoise is almost playable, if either the hexproof was not conditionnal to your turn or if it's mana value was 3 instead of 4.
For 3 mana we usually have 0/7 defender without abilities Glacial Wall / Wall of Ice or 0/6 with abilities Hover Barrier ( i don't take into account the 2 very good 3 mana drop that are Wall of Denial / Weathered Sentinels).
So now let's review Plagon, Lord of the Beach, Plagon is only a 0/3, don't deal damage equal to it's toughness without paying 1 extra mana each time, it's doesn't draw us a card with Arcades and it's ability only fufill one of the 2 needed condition for redundancy as explained above. I agree it could draw us lot of cards, ranging from 2 to 5-6. If we didn't had draw engine in the command zone i would say it worth it, bu since we have one i don't thinks it's necessary.
It's already very hard to find room for each new creatures cards, i'm already having hard time finding room for Crystal Barricade and consider removing Brave the Sands from my deck. A 3 mana creature has to be really really good to make the cut in Arcades now, and i don't speak about 4 mana creatures. I'm still on fence regarding Corrupted Shapeshifter since the only 4 mana creatures i play are Arcades, Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa and Tree of Redemption, and i wonder if i would not rather include Towering Titan instead as another wincon.

Hey K4m4r0 I saw you never added Weathered Sentinels why ?
Or maybe you didn't spent time to update the deck ?

If you like Rhox Veteran, I'd recommend checking out Signal Pest and Hammers of Moradin for some effect redundancy.
How are you liking the Exalted stuff? I considered it pretty early on, but switched to going wide instead. I think it's a bit at odds with the rest of your deck, which seems to want to go wide.
How are you liking Weathered Sentinels? I must have missed it during New Capenna spoilers. Do you find that it's enough of a deterrent to keep opponents from swinging at you?

Thank you for the feedback! Yes this deck was built for 2HG and will probably never see a local FNM game. As you said, the speed and counters are just not there. These are all great suggestions and I've never seen half of the cards you linked.
I do like Vault Skirge I see it working very well and becoming a huge threat early on. And a recurring problem with 4 in the deck.
A full set of Swan Song's definitely belong on the side board. The 2/2 they would create would not be a problem to deal with I do not believe.
Master of Etherium will replace the Weathered Sentinels.
Blinkmoth Urn + Treasure Vault + Vault Skirge + Cranial Plating would be devastating mid-late game. At the very least potentially double your life.
I will playtest with these suggestions and post an update at a later date!

Eloniel Hey Eloniel, thank you for keeping the posts up! I haven't had much time for Magic in the last months, so it became a little quiet here. From your suggestions I like Weathered Sentinels the most. It's pretty cool, that Errant, Street Artist hash flash, but I need to compare it with the cards in the deck, same goes for Suspicious Bookcase. Too bad we could never copy a single spell :D
amarthaler I haven't tested it, but for 6 mana it doesnt seem that good honestly. I'd rather play (something like) Triumph of the Hordes.
IamJesse I have more time for Magic in the coming weeks/months, I promise I will make updates (if necessary)!
