Creature — Goblin Rogue

Play with the top card revealed.

You may cast Goblin spells from the top of your library.

As long as the top card of your library is a Goblin card, Conspicuous Snoop has all activated abilities of that card.

I control a Conspicuous Snoop and have a Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker on top of my library. Can my Snoop make infinite token copies of itself (until the end step)?

Additionally, I would Mainboard Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and/or Fable of the Mirror-Breaker  Flip the latter of which being a valid Kiki-Jiki duplicate target. It's another option to go infinite, or simply increase the good parts of a boardstate.

Personally, I'd sideboard the Stax elements like Orb of Dreams and Winter Orb, even if there's some interaction with Throne of the God-Pharaoh. I might be undervaluing the card draw aspect, but Gempalm Incinerator only targeting creatures greatly devalues it for me.

Goblin Chirurgeon, I consider it essential to protecting valuable goblins on board since there's no way to bring them back from the graveyard. Your love for fancy lands might also have you consider Safe Haven. Similarly, Castle Embereth, Spinerock Knoll, and Den of the Bugbear each fits.

Goblin Goliath, offers much the same effect as Siege-Gang Commander while also giving a damage-doubling effect on tap.

While not being a sac outlet Battle Squadron offers an effect similar to Clickslither and Voracious Dragon while still being a Goblin, and not taking goblins off the board.

Goblin Warchief needs help with Haste enabling, whether pre-infinite or not, I think another option to win on board same turn is needed. Goblin Bushwhackerfoil, Goblin Chieftain, and Roar of Resistance offer this, while Ardoz, Cobbler of War can additionally capitalize on it.

Gauntlet of Might, Dolmen Gate, and Herald's Horn are good preference options. I keep wanting to add Basilisk Collar because of Goblin Sharpshooter, but it'd be a wasted slot too often.

Conspicuous Snoop is a fun card, which I now realize goes infinite with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker on top of the library.

If you’re looking to update this, you should probably adapt to the current meta list. Specifically, goblins want to be an aggressive deck but also packing the instant-win combo of Conspicuous Snoop + Boggart Harbinger (to put Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker on-top to make infinite goblins, and then use the last copy trigger to target Harbinger and put Sling-Gang Lieutenant on-top and ping for lethal).

I assume the setup has Conspicuous Snoop and Boggart Shenanigans in play, and Kiki-Jiki on top of your deck. The sacrifice effect is part of Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker's activated ability, so as the end step starts, each token created by a Snoop using Kiki-Jiki's ability will be sacrificed, triggering Shenanigans that many times.

Conspicuous Snoop

Boggart Shenanigans

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker

After you create infinite snoops, do the tokens sacrifice themselves as per the rest of kiki-jiki's borrowed effect thus triggering shenanigans?

You have Goblin Recruiter and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, so Conspicuous Snoop is an easy include for the infinite Snoop combo.

@ Max_Hammer thanks for checking out my deck and for the suggestion.

Unfortunately unlike the tutors I run that win me the game if they are conspired Signal the Clans really doesn't do much. Even if I conspired it and put Kiki in one pile and Zealous in the other the chances of getting both is 1 in 9. On top of that it puts the creatures in hand so I still need to pay to win the game.

I have thought about adding Goblin Matron, Goblin Recruiter, Conspicuous Snoop, Torch Courier, and Mogg Fanatic to the deck to add in snoop lines. If I did Signal the Clans is good as the pile can be Goblin Matron, Goblin Recruiter, and Imperial Recruiter.

This would make the deck more competitive but this list already wins more then it's fair share of games. I also don't like the snoop lines as they don't have any synergy with Wort.

Icbrgr on Nimble Obstructionist Vs Tale's End

I think my only reservation about Pithing Needle is that its covering Activated abilities only... im seeing a lot of triggered abilities too which is why Tale's End in particular caught my interest....Nimble Obstructionist is expensive.... but the utility of also just being a 3/1 flash flyer to apply pressure is also appealing but probably just jank.

idk maybe less is more and going with Pithing Needle would do me the best.

idk I need to study the decks more to learn how to use Pithing Needle for its best effect.
