Celestial Gatekeeper
Creature — Bird Cleric
Flying
When Celestial Gatekeeper dies, exile it, then return up to two target Bird and/or Cleric permanent cards from your graveyard to the battlefield.

There are very few birds to be found here. Odd, because this is a tribal bird theme deck. You aren't even running Maskwood Nexus or Arcane Adaptation
So here are some birds I found that would be fun to play:
Aven Brigadier !!!!!
Whippoorwill an exile for so little the cost
Storm Crow why isn't this here?
Spire Owl cheap, but nice
Sephara, Sky's Blade this hits the field by turn 4 for 1 white mana!
Ledger Shredder badass name and badass ability
Cartographer's Hawk a fun card that empties your deck of plains
Flurry of Wings and Settle the Wreckage There is so much fun to be had
Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker_ look at this scawwwwww _ Warden of Evos Isle not needed, but nice for making 5 mana birds cost less
Empyrean Eagle lord
Kangee, Sky Warden all it takes is one 1/1 bird token to scwwwaaa
Kangee, Aerie Keeper you can't run one bird and not have any feathers ay?
Shabraz, the Skyshark its a sharknado
Wingmate Roc the best wingman
High Sentinels of Arashin use your mana ramp to buff your army
Nimble Obstructionist _a tale's end _
Emeria Angel dude

Let's assume the following: I control a Celestial Gatekeeper that's enchanted with Kaya's Ghostform .
Gatekeeper dies, both cards trigger. I put the Gatekeeper trigger first and Ghostform second. Ghostform's trigger resolves and returns Gatekeeper to the field. The Gatekeeper trigger is next to resolve. As Gatekeeper's ability, similar to Gerrard, Weatherlight Hero 's, doesn't contain the "if you do" wording, I'm assuming I'll still be able to return two birds and/or clerics to the battlefield, although gatekeeper wasn't exiled.
I tried some online-research, but couldn't find too much unfortunately.
Can anyone confirm or deny? Thanks in advance.

Birds is a surprisingly well supported tribe, and flying tribal has been getting a fair bit of support recently. So building birds in commander can be both fun and powerful because you can combine old and new cards.
A creature has to be a Legendary creature to be legal as your commander. The classic option for birds would be Kangee, Aerie Keeper . Some other options that are more "Flying tribal" than bird tribal could be Kangee, Sky Warden (a very budget-friendly option), Isperia the Inscrutable , Akim, the Soaring Wind , Derevi, Empyrial Tactician or Alela, Artful Provocateur .
Now you should decide whether you want cards that support having Birds specifically: Aven Brigadier , Celestial Gatekeeper , Crookclaw Elder , Seaside Haven , Soulcatchers' Aerie , Airborne Aid , Migratory Route , Animal Sanctuary etc. Or if you just want cheap flyers that may or may not be birds and just play flying tribal: Battle Screech , Favorable Winds , Gravitational Shift , Gust of Wind , Island Sanctuary , Kangee's Lieutenant , Lofty Denial , Pride of the Clouds , Rally of Wings , Sephara, Sky's Blade , Siani, Eye of the Storm , Skycat Sovereign , Soulcatcher , The Raven's Warning , Thunderclap Wyvern , Tide Skimmer , Warden of Evos Isle , Watcher of the Spheres , Waterkin Shaman , Windstorm Drake , Winged Words , Battle Screech .
Your list has a lot of pretty bad cards that don't support your strategy. I would cut Healing Salve , Resupply , Take Up Arms , Call to Mind , Survival Cache , Refurbish (has 4 targets in your deck and no matter what you get you pay more mana than you should), Siegecraft etc. Pure lifegain spells are bad unless you build around them, and this is supposed to be a bird/flying deck right? Cards that make tokens without flying are not great because your lords and synergy don't make them better. So even though Raise the Alarm is a solid magic card, you would prolly rather have like a Mistral Charger because you can build synergy around it.
Removal is always good. You can almost never have too much of it. However, if you are really cool, you can try to play removal and card draw that is flavorful and synergistic as well: Ravenform , Wing Shards , Aerial Assault , Swan Song , Winged Words , Gust of Wind , Lofty Denial . Also, sol ring is great but more ramp is usually a good idea in commander, and Azorius Keyrune is also a bird!
Good luck with the screechy dudes!

Orah Aristocrats Combo

Thanks for the input! Took your suggestion and streamlined the combos. Mostly just dropped the ones which required more potentially dead pieces/were more expensive $$. Switched Burnt Offering with Culling the Weak. Since dropped Mikaeus dont need the Solemnity. The thought with Celestial Gatekeeper is getting 3 creatures back from the graveyard, including potentially higher cmc clerics such as Resplendent Mentor or Bishop of Rebirth

Orah Aristocrats Combo

Looks like a cool deck, Orah seems like the commander clerics has been looking for for a long time. Combos are interesting, would suggest leaning into a couple of the more concise ones while cutting out any cards that would be dead outside of them like Shuriken. Also your lifegain combos become much more deadly with a Sanguine Bond or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose so would recommend those along with a Blood Artist type effect or two. Celestial Gatekeeper seems like an odd choice, not sure if it's worth. If you want the body then Butcher is very good but I find that Martyr's Bond does a lot of work for aristocrats. Also Burnt Offering is fun ramp but Culling the Weak might be better value since there's not a ton of creatures above 5 mana in there. This is definitely a meta call too but with undying combos and Mikeaus in there, a Solemnity might be worth along with some light lifegain tax like Kambal, Consul of Allocation. Anyway, hope that helps

Fight Feathers (Unformat Bird Tribal)

Great deck, I am a bird deck lover, and for many years I have been designing a bird deck, but this looks really well done! can I ask you how you solve the problems of total destruction against you? ( Day of Judgment Cleansing Nova Wrath of God. potentially total destruction could be in your favor thanks to Soulcatchers' Aerie but I wouldn't like to be out in the open for a long time. and maybe with all my best creatures in the cemetery.
I would still like to ask you a question, you did not feel comfortable with Seaside Haven?

Yo DanTheBear, have you ever consider using these cards?
- Aven Mimeomancer
- Celestial Gatekeeper
- Crookclaw Elder
- Commander Eesha
- Metallic Mimic
- Unsettled Mariner
- Dovin's Veto
- Silence
- Vanquisher's Banner
- Herald's Horn
- Contagion Clasp
- Contagion Engine
- Sword of Truth and Justice
- Mystic Remora
- Rhystic Study
- Smothering Tithe
- Kindred Discovery
- Coastal Piracy
- Bident of Thassa
Aside from that direct straight upgrades for the rocks will definitely help Kangee out, as he is pretty mana hungry. So the fast acceleration rocks like Fellwar Stone, Talisman of Progress, Azorius Signet, Arcane Signet, and Coalition Relic really helps to bring him out faster with the feather counters. Hope that helps!

Birds of Paradise, of course, as well as Augury Owl.
Rimefeather Owl is my favorite.
Warden of Evos Isle, Aven Brigadier, Celestial Gatekeeper, Aven Mindcensor, Commander Eesha, Mindshrieker, Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker, Nimble Obstructionist, and Wingmate Roc are other creatures to consider.
