I would suggest switching out some of the cards that are a bit too focused, if that makes sense. For example Soothing Balm for Exsanguinate or Bishop's Soldier for Gifted Aetherborn. Otherwise this looks great! I included a few suggestions for mana fixing and protections. Need to keep your commander alive! Some of these are a bit expensive so they can be substituted later if you end up liking the deck and want to upgrade it.

I would think that Captivating Vampire and Cordial Vampire would work well with your deck. Here is my own vampire deck. It's more Rakdos but you could see some different vampires at least. Vampires

All suggestions are mono black vampires and fit more of an aristocrats build.
Lords - Captivating Vampire buffs the squad and gives the ability of stealing an opponent’s creature
Vampire Nocturnus buffs the squad, gives evasion and since you’re mono black can play with the top of your library visible
1 drops - Knight of the Ebon Legion is the best 1 drop vamp imo. Can buff itself, gains permanent buffs and doubles as removal mid-late game
Viscera Seer a great sac target and let’s you scry 1
Vampire Cutthroat has skulk and lifelink
Vampire Lacerator a 2/2 for 1, you take one damage unless your opponent has 10 or less life
Indulgent Aristocrat a decent buffer with a sac engine
Guul Draz Vampire gains a buff if the opponent has 10 or less life
Pulse Tracker opponent takes 1 damage when it attacks
2 drops - Cordial Vampire not a lord in name, but has that buffing ability and triggers when ANYTHING dies. Buffs the team more efficiently than any lord imo.
Bloodghast a vital piece imo, it can’t block, but comes back when you play a land
Blood Artist a key piece for an aristocrat build, combos great with cordial and Vito
Asylum Visitor for card draw and the ability to come back
Kalastria Highborn great addition for a drain and gain/aristocrat build
Vraan, Executioner Thane combos great with Vito
Stromkirk Condemned can buff the team for a turn
Vampire Hexmage great sideboard piece for dealing with counters
Gifted Aetherborn might be favorite vampire, but doesn’t fit an aristocrat build
3 drops - Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord the only walker you need. Buffs, gives deathtouch & lifelink to a vampire, acts as a Lightning Helix and you cheat out a vampire
Silversmote Ghoul is a perfect target for Sorin’s second ability and comes back at the end of your end step
Vampire Nighthawk one of the best vampires imo, has evasion, deathtouch and lifelink, but doesn’t fit the aristocrat build
Nighthawk Scavenger a vampire goyf
Drana, Liberator of Malakir has evasion, first strike and buffs attacking creatures
Lands - Cavern of Souls an absolute MUST for any tribal build
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth flips things to swamps
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx is great for all devotion the build will have
Castle Locthwain for card draw later
Prismatic Vista, Verdant Catacombs, Polluted Delta, Marsh Flats & Bloodstained Mire to fetch and thin out your deck to keep the gas flowing.

Nice little build, ignore any suggestions that are not budget friendly, giving everything I can think of. Increase Sorin to 4, he’s very powerful and gets hate quick. 2 Vito should be fine. 4 Cordial Vampire, his ability is universal, not just your creatures dying. 2 Silversmote Ghoul work extremely well with Sorin’s second ability and comes back. 2 Vraan, Executioner Thane works great with Vito. Knight of the Ebon Legion is pump-able and doubles as a removal spell in the late game. Blood Artist combo’s well with cordial and several others. If you’re looking for a lord, Captivating Vampire is great with a decent second ability. Bloodghast is nice and comes back. 4 locthwain is perfect. 2 Cavern of Souls for tribal and protection. Fetches thin out your deck, Prismatic Vista works since this is mono colored. Verdant Catacombs, Polluted Delta, Marsh Flats & or Bloodstained Mire work too.

Really cool deck! I've always liked lifegain and deathtouch. So, here's what I can offer:
You’ll want to lower your mana curve. You have a lot of 5 drops; without ramp, the deck seems too slow. The game, if uninterrupted, should end within 6 turns.
I'd drop Anowon, the Ruin Sage. Being a 5 drop, an "easily" removable creature, and a "beginning of your upkeep" trigger, he is too slow. You could maybe keep 1 if you only had 2 Bloodlord of Vaasgoth.
I like Bloodlord of Vaasgoth with all the lifelink. He’ll make early drop creatures more relevant later game. I’d only include 2 of him if you’d like to go a more aggro route; maybe include 4 of him if you’d rather delay the early game with removal and play the later game.
With Captivating Vampire, “tap five” feels really expensive without some vampire token generator. However, I guess each time you steal a creature, that creature could be tapped too (kind of) costing you 1 less each time. The “lords” +1/+1 for 3 mana is always good in tribal decks. I’d probably only include 2 Captivating Vampire and then find 2 lifelink vampires for 2 or 3 mana. Maybe Vampire of the Dire Moon for the early game meat shield. She really can slow down the early game.
I'd replace Child of Night with Gifted Aetherborn. With deathtouch, you can move into a “bad touch” (deathtouch + trample) strategies or a “ping” strategies like deathtouch + Viridian Longbow. That bow will also allow you to ping the player enabling Bloodthirsty 3. That blow has a high equip cost but could be versatile for you.
I see what you’re trying to do with Skeletal Grimace. This is mono black, you could also consider the reanimation strategy; a couple Unearths for the lower costing creatures, maybe 1 Zombify for the 5 drops.
You should have 4 Dismembers. With all your lifegain, that removal card is really good. It’ll even remove indestructible creatures. You probably want 2 or more Feed the Swarm in the main deck instead of any Doom Blade. It’s more versatile and you have the life gain to compensate for its drawback. I’d probably go with 4 Feast of Blood if you add more 1 and 2 drop vampires. All this removal may be good enough to delay the early game then setup with big vampires later.
Your going to want card draw. May I suggest replacing Demon's Horn with something like Read the Bones.

Thank you very much for the suggestions. Good call on Sadistic Hypnotist. I actually own a copy, but didn't consider it because like you said, very mean. For the same reason, I am staying away from Captivating Vampire. My playgroup hates having their stuff stolen. Supernatural Stamina as well as Gift of Immortality seem like no-brainers, but I am struggling with what to cut. Have you tried Dark Prophecy? How does it stack up against Morbid Opportunist? I am on the fence about Massacre Wurm because I don't play many token or elf ball decks, so I am not sure it would have the impact I want. That said, I think the deck needs more removal.
Btw, love your inclusion of Coffin Queen. Nostalgic card for me and I actually have her playmat. Always loved the art.

Cruel Celebrant, Gift of Immortality, High Market, Supernatural Stamina, Phyrexian Reclamation, Captivating Vampire, Massacre Wurm, Morbid Opportunist have all been great in my list, i try to focus more on simply sacrificing Elenda rather than protect her, as the biggest worries are mass bounce and exile. Sadistic Hypnotist is great if you're feeling mean

Forceofnature1 This is by far one of my most fun decks to play as it really never plays the same. One of my favorite plays I ever pulled off was using a kicked Rite of Replication on my opponents Captivating Vampire and then proceeded to take control of everyone's commanders. This is made even more disgusting by Seedborn Muse. Sadly, I have never actually pulled off the Biovisionary win. But someday I will.
